Reviews of Fairfield Inn & Suites Sierra Vista

The staff is top notch. The three women who were at the front desk are excellent. The gentleman who runs the breakfast is fabulous. The housekeeping staff is friendly and professional. The air conditioning in several of the rooms occupied by family and friends all smell of mildew. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated everyone’s hospitality and would stay there again. Even the guests were friendly!

The great reviews are valid. The staff is friendly, the room was nice, love the dispensers in the shower, very cool and convenient! And Applebee's is within a few yards of the hotel. Yum.
We highly recommend this hotel !

Our first time staying in Sierra Vista and the Fairfield Marriott here. We are Bonvoy members and enjoy all the services offered. Thank you to each and every person we encountered during our 3 night stay. You do make a difference which is appreciated!

The staff was pleasant, courteous, helpful and professional. They accommodated us when we needed to extend our stay, keeping us in the same room. The accommodations in the room met our expectations with a comfortable bed & pillows, ample linens and ready to use TV's. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was adequate but could use more options of hot items. The location was convenient to our destinations in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

Worst Marriott we've seen in the past 15 years. Smallest fridge made, couldn't fit a Ben and Jerry ice cream sideways. Microwave tiny and in a cupboard at floor level. In an ada compliant room too. How does a guy in a wheel chair use items at floor level? Room 129 IS NOT wheelchair compliant. Couldn't get the window to open, ac was either 62 or 74, fought with it all night. I booked last minute for weekdays, (funeral) so I got tapped for 264 a night. I've never not had hotel management notice that and make an effort to accommodate it somehow. Oh, and sleep in vs the breakfast. Barely any options, TONS of sausage patties, no bacon, they have pre-made egg mcmuffins, or the parts to make your own, and that's it. No waffle or pancakes. No chopped fruit, just green oranges. No good cereal choices. No regular toast. Just the 528 they made off of me should have covered a decent breakfast. My uncle was there too and had same service the previous day. Funny thing is, I added a day elsewhere for friday to saturday, 80 bucks and an outstanding breakfast. Shop around!!
Worst part was that we got bum rushed out of the room as if we were overstaying our time. They actually turned off our keys at 1140. Good luck getting moved out without keycards. Maids tried to walk in at ten. WTH? Told them we'd be out by 12. Then they called after 11 and asked when we were leaving. What is the 12pm check out time for? This took it to one- star

No water for thirsty Loyal Marriott travelers at Fairfield Inn Sierra Vista! I hope you are doing well. I'm a lifetime Marriott member. I don't stay anywhere else. Please picture this. I arrived after traveling 1800 miles to the Fairfield Inn Sierra Vista. I have a roller bag and a backpack. I'm parched and tired after being up for almost 18 hours. I ask for the customary bottle of water, like I get at every Marriott affiliated property, given my status. Like I got two weeks ago in Hawaii, like I expect to get in Savannah in a couple of weeks. Instead, I'm told to go get a paper cup from the coffee station and take it to the fitness center to get a drink of water. So, I'm getting on the elevator with a roller bag, a backpack, my room key in one hand and a paper cup of water in the other hand, while trying to push the buttons. This cannot be your intention. For what? A few cents on a bottle of water for a loyal guest? I honestly cannot understand the economics of this policy. I will not stay here again. I will not shop at your convenience center. Is this the outcome you desire?

We always stay here when we’re visiting my parents for a few days or attending some event in Tombstone. Always great, friendly customer service, clean and comfortable rooms. And we love the later checkout vs other hotels times. Thank you!

The room was good, I was only there one night. The toilet was loose from the floor. In addition they charged the wrong card. Other than those two things it was good. I would go back.
