We loved our stay. Girls weekend with friends / hotel is well lit, parking easy and lots of spots close to front entrance. Key card needed at front door after 10 pm which is a nice security feature.|Everyone was very pleasant and extremely courteous from the smooth check in to the fabulous Mary in the breakfast area who was doing an outstanding job on a very busy, kid friendly Sunday morning. Always a smile while cleaning and re stocking the breakfast area. She’s a gem. |We didn’t use the pool or fitness area, but both looked clean and well maintained. |We had a nice room near the elevator and the fridge in the room was an added benefit. We loved it and will be back.

KC deserves a raise the best employee you have hands down! After a terrible experience at the Hampton inn he was so eager to make sure we were happy!!!!
He provided us with the best service best deals for our stay with kids! Made sure we had extra linens and definitely made sure we laughed!!! Will definitely stay here for future stays thanks KC you deserve this review! Rooms were very clean, and well kept. Spacious.

Wonderful experience. Hotel as a whole was clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was fantastic. I'm a black coffee drinker and the bold roast was very tasty. Only small complaint is that we needed a microwave and our particular room didn't have one.

Rooms are clean loved it, I need it to do laundry dryer not working and no sign, I placed my money in for nothing. We went to enjoy the pool when we arrived we found out that the pool it’s closed for maintenance. I was very disappointed for that because we went for the pool be hot tub. Breakfast was very good!

Positive: The rooms are very clean, beds are most comfortable of hotels I've stayed in. Comfort is a must with my back condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub, and breakfast was a great addition. Will definitely be back! Negative: Everything was great!

Very clean suites, friendly staff. Safe location. And breakfast is made so great by Mary! She is the most amazing hostess and server. Mary welcomes each guest as they come down to get coffee and breakfast. She offers a great variety of food options... including healthy proteins along with yummy pastries.
As a repeat customer, Mary is the main reason I come back to Rockford's Fairfield Inn again and again.

Very disappointing. If you promote that you have a pool than the pool should be functioning. If you advertise that your pool is functioning and then when you check in, it’s not that’s false advertising. Also, there’s only one elevator and when they put you in a room on the 4th floor that is as far away from the elevator as possible it just adds to the frustration level. Stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels nearby. It was over $200/night and didn’t meet any of our expectations.

One of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in at this price point. When we walked in, the bathroom counter and sink had black hair all over. The window “curtains” were completely see-through. The street lights and nearby business lights shined in the room, no light was blocked. If you want a good nights rest, don’t stay here. Lastly, we needed to borrow a pack-n-play for our baby, the sides had brown stains and the mattress had spit up. We had to clean the pack-n-play ourselves and use a blanket from home to feel comfortable in enough to let our baby sleep in it. Overall it was a disgusting stay, I do not recommend, especially for families.
