Stay was satisfactory. Appreciates accommodating to simple request during reservation process. Property for the most part was clean and safe. Great location and stores/food very nearby. Staff were nice. Only con of stay, was body soap and conditioner were empty. By the time we found out it was late at night. Probably willing to stay again.

Positive: Location to my event. Easy access to the freeway. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Negative: It?s a structural issue for myself and my wife. More power receptacles were needed than provided for CPAP machines.

The staff is wonderfully helpful & friendly. The rooms are super nice!! Also, the breakfast bar is better than most. I was impressed by the alternative milk selection and the oatmeal toppings available. Highly recommended!

35 year Marriott members. This hotel was our go to. Hot tub was the best, not anymore! Concrete now fills the hot tub. No room housekeeping service! Still using Covid excuse! It's December of 2024, time to let go of the excuses and lack of housekeeping service. When I inquired about the housekeeping they stated every other day was the only option,, they stated that they were still using Covid guidelines. Funny they now advertise for tips in your room, for what? Running out of Kleenex, making our own bed, having to go to front desk for clean towels while our trashes overflow! Ridiculous!

Stayed here for a week. Perfect location off the freeway yet quiet. Food options are nearby. Hotel has been recently renovated so the room we occupied was on the newer end and clean. Did the queen double beds for 4 people and the space was fine. Plenty of room. Pool was great and breakfast was different everyday with a few staples. Would come back again.

Incompetent staff when I got here for my reservation they said they had no rooms for me. So I asked for a refund, then they said oh we found a room for you. I went up to the room to find it already occupied. So I came back downstairs and again ask for a refund. The manager looked at me and said we'll try to find you another room. To which I said no I just want to refund. And he made me wait for 15 minutes while he talked to some other manager. After some argument I finally got my refund. The guy didn't even want to try to help me after he screwed up my reservation and then sending me to a room that was occupied. Incompetent
