I stayed here 4 nights for business. Overall impression was pretty decent. Plenty of FREE parking, nicely manicured landscaping and over all I felt safe. I had a king room, which was pretty small compared to other hotels. It does feel dated with the wall paper and brown tones in the room. Bed was more than comfortable. There was a large fridge, microwave and a small single-cup coffee maker. A standard TV with a desk and chair. Breakfast was a rotating menu which was nice to see. One day eggs and bacon, others eggs and sausage. Lots of choices for sides, granola and cereal. It was promptly cleaned up and closed right at 9am. There is an on-site pool and hot tub. I think the pool might be heated. The hot tub was decent after a long day in the office and on my feet. The elevators are painfully slow. The chime it makes when each floor it passed is really loud. I'd expect those who are light sleepers might want to stay in a room away from them. There is also the I-10 freeway next door. You do get extremely access to the freeway as well. It can get loud during the day especially at rush hour. I didn't mind it much as I just turn the fan on to run with white noise all night. Overall a decent hotel for the budget friendly. There are many options to eat in the area whether its a walk or a very short drive. The Mexican restaurant El Torino is good, but very expensive.

Stayed a total of 10 days. No complaints. Excellent service. Clean rooms. Plentiful amenities. Great location.

Only criticism.

Had to do laundry. The machines are quarter driven. You can buy them with cash at the front desk.
However, there is no ATM and they have no ability to charge to the room or allow payment for quarters with a card.
As a result, I had to drive to a bank to get cash, which took 20 minutes roundtrip.

Please update the laundry quarter situation for 5 stars.

Greeted by two young ladies at guests' services with great smiles and a warm hello. Check-in was quick and easy, and the supplied details about the property and hours of complimentary breakfast and pool opening and closure. Thank you again, ladies, for all that you do for guests.

I've stayed here multiple times and love staying here when I'm in the area. It's a good affordable stay with easy immediate freeway access and lots of nearby walking distance restaurants, it's in a great location! COMPLIMENTARY Parking is my favorite amenity! So many hotels are charging for parking now, this Fairfield lets you park while you stay without additional charges as it should be.

Personal left my wedding ring in hotel room. Called back after a work meeting I had and was told someone was going to go check for my ring and call me back. Never received a call back so I went to the hotel and was then told no one found it. Extremely disappointing experience with zero accountability on the hotel customer service and management.

Rooms are small and dated, customer service is horrible and lots of noise. Dogs barking every night and I actually heard several gunshots ring out on my 4th night. On the 5th day, I took the do not disturb sign off my door to allow for housekeeping to clean my room. I travel a lot and never expect my room to be cleaned everyday, nor do I have problem reusing my towels. When I returned from my meetings, I noticed that I had new towels and fresh garbage bags, however, my bedding was not changed. When I inquired as to why, I was informed of their policy that bedding is not changed until one stays in a room for 5 consecutive days. As this was my 5th day, I found myself confused. While I did not mentioned it at the time, I did call later and explained that I was on my 5th day and asked why my bedding was not changed. I was told that it is actually after my 5th “night”. I expressed my frustrations with their policy and left it there. Today, on my 6th day after my “5th night”, I anticipated that my bedding would have been changed out. Well, when I returned from my meetings that day, it wasn’t done. It was if they were retaliating on me for expressing my displeasure the day before. I contacted the manager, but he didn’t seem to care and simply argued with me. I am here on my 6th night and they still refuse to change out my bedding. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn that is right next door. I’ve stayed at both and never had any problems with them.

This is in a great location near the freeway but we never could hear any outside noise in our rooms. The room was welcoming and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had many options available. Will definitely stay here when we come to the area. Highly recommend!

We originally booked a king room but needed to switch to a double. Called hotel days in advance who referred us to corporate number to make room switch. They only had king rooms but stated we will have the hotel put a roll away bed in the room. We stressed the importance as this was the weekend of our daughter's funeral. They assured us it would not be a problem. We checked with the hotel the day before arrival for that room and the hotel states they have no roll away beds and offered nothing to help us. The manager was extremely rude and could have cared less that we just lost our child. We use to stay at this hotel bi monthly but will not be using them in the future.
