Location great near the hotel. Had bunch of car chargers which was nice. No food within walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was great. Staff very nice.
3 stars because my room was dirty and strong smell of urine right at the door which made coming in and out of the room very unpleasant.

Everything was great after we checked in, until the music started. At check-in, I was told that there was a church group celebrating New Year’s….fine, that’s great. As it ended up, we were above them and they were blasting music so much so that the bass was annoying and vibrating our room, and we could hear all the words of the songs. We called a couple times and when they finally located where it was coming from we were told that we could switch rooms if we wanted to, but at that point I really didn’t feel like changing rooms as we had already unpacked, etc, and it was late. Um… Why can’t you just ask them to turn the music down? We told them that but the music resumed louder. Happy new year.

The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of food options. The room was clean and beds really comfortable. The bright star of our stay was Ginka at the front desk. She was very welcoming, showing pure professionalism with an awesome attitude and even better customer service. I would highly suggest staying at this hotel if passing through the area.

Internet connection was consistently poor. Location fairly inaccessible without a car but very close to airport. Excellent staff, great food, clean and modern rooms.

The hotel is okay. Definitely a few random hairs in the shower upon check in, the bed looked clean and that's the important part. The beds are comfprtable and the hotel is in a good location for the Fresno Airport and there are a few food options close to the hotel. Be advised to lock your vehicle and exercise caution around the neighborhood as there are definitely some local creatures walking around nearby. It's California so that's to be expected.

Stayed at this hotel for 3.5 months on business. Very friendly and professional staff. Housekeeping cleans rooms every other day (full service not a refresh). Bathroom was modern with glass door entry. Fair warning as the hotel is brightly colored, with blue/brown carpet and yellow walls throughout. Pool was open throughout stay as well. If I return to Fresno on business, will certainly consider this hotel.
