Stayed at this location and was not disappointed. Overall nice facility in a nice part of town. Room was clean and cool and did not seem outdated. Check in process was easy. I felt safe around the hotel. Staff were very nice. I did not park a car but if I had one, I would have felt safe leaving it in the parking lot.

My husband and few of his coworkers came out here from Southern California union 47 for work for traffic control for Edison .. i decided to drive out and stay a few days here to visit with him ,since him and his coworkers will be here for over a month and a half ,
We both are very satisfied with all services room service , housekeeping , lobby , breakfast area , reception Kat Z , and Heather we loved them both , they were amazing very helpful, and as well as the laundry ,and SPA , pool area , they are so friendly and always giving a service with a welcoming smile .
I would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service especially Aurora she was very helpful, attentive to what i asked for , and very polite! we really appreciate the attention to the details from the Housekeeping team , as well as the staff , and management Thank you again , most definitely recommend staying here again in the future and If you’re in the area please book here , believe me you wont be disappointed!!!!! So happy we chose to stay here, our stay started with a friendly greeting at the desk and with everyone we saw during our stay! They had excellent touches that made the difference, cool flavored water in the lobby and the best pool we stayed at for our vacation! the room was spacious, and the fridge worked perfectly! Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was perfect! Popular option for business travelers and the location made it easy to get to the airport, but a good distance so no noise from planes! Will stay here again the next time we are in town.

The hotel itself is huge and there is plenty of parking space. Rooms are outdated but fine for a night. The location is considered to be safe, however we saw a few weirdos not far away from our window. We requested another room, “anything but first floor” the host lied they are “fully booked”. Girl, there are plenty of rooms available on booking, what are you talking about? Breakfasts are very common: bacon, eggs, coffee.

It's a good Fairfield Hotel. The door configuration with the bathroom door and the front room door is a little bit awkward. But on the plus side it's clean, the bathroom is nice, the lobby is nice and the breakfast is high quality. The outdoor pool is actually pretty nice and clean is isn't too heavy on the chlorine and was kept at a good temperature for the day.

Your options for food in the walking area aren't great, but you do have Sprouts within walking distance and a few other good food options that I did not have time to try.

Best laid out handicap accessible bathroom yet. Room was clean and comfortable. But the thought going into the bathroom was exceptional!

Customer Service here is absolutely terrible. I will tell everyone I know who travels to Clovis to never book here. Front desk attendants have bad attitudes and will call you accusing you of not paying a bill even though the money has been deducted from your bank account. Instead of trying to solve the issue, it’s followed with an extremely rude attitude. I will never spend my money here again. Oh and might I add there was a mysterious miscellaneous charge from them on my account and when I asked what it was for, they weren’t able to justify the charge. Be cautious when booking here. I feel as if I was robbed by “Jorge” and I wish I got the ladies name. She wasn’t wearing her name tag. Probably so she can try to avoid getting complaints for giving horrible customer service. I’d rather stay at a cheap dirty motel instead of this place after experiencing that. Never again.
