Overall we had a great stay. However, we were very disappointed to discover this hotel no longer had a whirlpool tub. We booked this hotel for this reason. So we were very disappointed that on trip it mentioned there was a hot tub and there were still signs up at the hotel mentioning a hot tub. You can actually see where they removed the whirlpool from.

Bathroom had sewer smell; left exhaust fan on all night & ran water down drains. Both didn't help rid smell. Also no hot water so no shower; changed rooms; only luke warm water after running tap for more than 5 minutes. Front desk was friendly but unable to do anything except offer me another room. Forget about it! Not staying there again...

Positive: Location to mall and restaurants Negative: The nightstand between the beds was filthy. It was never cleaned after the last stay at all. The refrigerator didn?t close all the way. There was only one ice machine on the 3rd floor for the entire hotel.

Our heater/av sounded like it was on it's last leg...so just turned it off. Floor was soaking wet under the heating unit. No hot water for showers in the morning! My husband went first and less than 2 minutes in lost hot water. I waited 15 min's (thinking we were on a shared water heater) to let water warm up. It didn't...I ended up taking a QUICK shower in less than luke warm water. Got up in the night to grab a tissue (allergies, and had to have windiw cracked due to heater/ac not working) popped one out and out came the only 2 in the box 🙄🙄 thank goodness I found some tissue packed in my luggage when I had to root around in it in middle of the night. It's just very aggravating to pay money for a room that isnt even up to par. The staff was very friendly...but the rest? I wouldnt suggest staying here.

This hotel has issues that are fundamental to comfort, like the bed, hot water, and the condition of the room.

The room was fairly clean but very old, small and smelled moldy. The bed was tilted and warn out. Couple of times during the night I woke up feeling I’m falling down.

Old rusty bathtub with no hot water for showers, ran the water for over five minutes and was just slightly warm that i had to shower very quickly. I called service desk to ask for the reason and Silvia said she cannot change my room, which was unrelated cause I never asked that and also said maintenance team will get it fixed in the morning, perhaps when I checked out of my room! Tried to take shower in the morning before going to work, again water was cold!

The lack of basic amenities like lotion was very inconvenient and surprising given the extensive price point.

The closest door opens but good luck being able to close it. It was very old and heavy so I decided to just leave it open.

Breakfast was fine, decent variety of options which you could choose. But one of the staff was standing by the kitchen door, staring at the guest which was very awkward and disturbing. Like you are eating in the prison and guards are watching you!

I will let my company know about my unpleasant experience to prevent booking at this hotel for my future visits.

Horrible experience they had no hot water. Instead of offering us a room with hot water they offered us a room to only shower in. How does that make since? Why would I want my daughters me and my husband to go from room to room. To top it off when we decide to go shower in the 2nd room THERE WAS STILL NO HOT WATER! I waited until I got back to LA to shower. I also think they might have a pest problem since a earwing happened to climb up on the bed. I didn’t search for more but didn’t find any thankfully. We came to town for a wedding an ended up being a bad experience
