There’s nothing wrong with this hotel, but it’s not worth the price. I mean, for the same amount of money, you could stay at a very nice hotel in the city center. This place is only worth $80 to $90, and other hotels nearby under $100 offer almost exactly the same services. So, the only reason to stay here is if everywhere else is fully booked — otherwise, there’s really no reason to pay this price.

Positive: Very clean, updated facility with up to date rooms/decorr. Staff very friendly & informative. Nice warm indoor pool, good breakfast and free airport shuttle also included. Rates quite fair. Negative: Nothing, all was great.

I stayed for one night at this newer property and would definitely return for a short stay. Everything was clean and in working order. I checked in and out on the mobile app and was issued a mobile key in minutes. A true contactless experience! |The shuttle runs twice an hour up until 2345 from O’Hare which is 5 minutes away. The hotel is quiet and you do not hear airport noise at all!|The breakfast is basic but well presented and tasty.|Target and a good selection of restaurants and services are all across the street. |Rooms have coffee makers, refrigerators, and microwaves, iron/ironing board. And fitness center has a water machine to fill those water bottles! |An excellent option for a quick stay!

Would rate this as a perfect stay. Researched reviews on place to stay in this area as first time in this area. Fairfield Chicago O'Hare received best reviews and selected this property as a result . . . AND SO GLAD I DID. | Newer property so everything was very clean and maintained. Hotel well-built = quiet and great night sleep.| I was greeted and checked in by Ivan (front desk) and Moses (Operations Manager) and they made me feel like a VIP and selected a great room for my stay. Ivan and Moses were personal and helpful . . . thanks to both of you.| I used the hotel gym in the morning. Was glad to run on treadmill indoors, as the weather was extremely cold outside.| Nice breakfast. Was greeted by Glady (breakfast attendant). Glady was very helpful and always smiling. Thank you Gladys.| I remember names of people who deserve thanks, as appreciate making my stay great. Other associates also treated me great and were helpful (housekeeping and individual who checked me out). Thanks to all and you will be my hotel of choice anytime I return to the area.

Stayed in many hotels in my life but this was the first time I have every been charged to park in the hotel that I paid to stay in. Not only did we have to pay to park, there were very few parking spots to park in. There was no monitoring of parking. The gate terminal to pay was never down so it was fair game for any business around to park there. In addition, the charge was $18/day to park... not a one time payment, every day. On top of that, you pay taxes to park. What a raquet. Would not stay here again

I stayed this hotel for transit. First, guest room is clean, neat. Enough space. Better than hotel I stayed before in Orlando. much higher cost than this hotel. Moreover, room has microwave, 2 LCD TV. I could relax. Just one thing of negative side, shower's temperature control is too hard to understand. At the beginning, only cold water came from shower. By searching internet, finally hot water came. If there is instruction to control temperature of shower, much better. Anyway, it was great hotel. Will visit again soon.

EXTREMELY RUDE. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Prior to booking my stay, I called the hotel’s front desk, and a female staff member informed me that the hotel was pet-friendly and that early check-in could be possible if rooms were available, although she could not guarantee it. Based on this information, I went ahead with the reservation.

However, upon arriving at the airport a week later, I called the hotel again to inquire about the shuttle bus. This time, I spoke with a male staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He aggressively told me that I had already called him three times, which was untrue, and that he would not allow early check-in, repeatedly shouting at me in a very loud and harsh tone. I was merely asking a simple question about where to find the shuttle, yet he continued to yell at me, one word at a time.

I politely explained that I hadn’t called him three times, but his behavior only became more hostile. Despite my attempts to remain calm and respectful, his responses were increasingly rude, and I could not understand why he was treating me in such a manner. His actions were completely out of line and not representative of the professional and courteous service I expect from a Marriott-affiliated property.

This is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's centrally located and the amenities are nice. The breakfast is good. I will come back next time I'm in Chicago.
