If you are ok not having your room restocked during your stay then this is the place for you. Also the cleanliness of the room is below standards. When you see mold in the shower and stains in your toilet, obviously you wonder if the room gets cleaned at all. I actually scrubbed the shower myself. The location isn’t the best, the train is noisy.

Tough stay after a long day of driving. The door slamming and loud hallways were a treat. We found cat poop under the desk in the morning, we don’t have cats…

The manager hasn’t responded after promising a point deposit and it’s been 4 months of phone tag with the GM. Enjoy your stay.

The hotel is new so it is inherently a comfortable and nice hotel. My experience appears to demonstrate a poorly managed hotel. From waiting at the front desk a couple of times for 5 min waiting for someone, to not being able to find anyone to refill the pancake mix, not having any paper plates at breakfast, the spa being close to 60 degrees and cloudy, small pieces of garbage on the floor of the room, and last but not least a nice long hair on a bathroom hand towel. Overall, my experience was less than stellar.

The staff was friendly and the bed was clean and comfortable. My complaint is the bathroom shower had some mold and the breakfast was not as plentiful as other Fairfield’s. I do like the AC has a fan on option. The rooms are large.

Disappointing experience considering both of us are Titanium Elite and stay at many Marriott properties. The front desk clerk was unattentive, bathroom dirty, moldy shower. Train noise, area around hotel big negative. Horrible stay!!

Very nice room with WiFi, good continental breakfast, friendly staff. Nice pool & hot tub. The train didn't bother us at all, but the hotel offers good quality complimentary ear plugs, if a person needed them...

My family and I are moving from WA to KS . After a 9hr drive from our last hotel stay ( which was great) we arrived earlier in hopes of enjoying the pool before arriving to our new home tomorrow but no we didn't get that chance. Instead we were met with a group of parents drinking in the corner at a table intoxicated while their kids played around unsupervised. Not to mention one of the dad's taking it upon himself to prop open the side door to the outside because he felt it was too hot in the pool area. He was wearing a hoodie and sweat pants and it's 38°F outside and 30mph wind ! We left after the parent opened the door so we didn't get to enjoy it for very long. Best part is, shortly there after I informed the front desk and while the front desk was figuring out what to do, the kids from the pool decided to bring snow into the pool area. I know this because our room was right above the pool and we saw them doing it for quite some time ! Maybe they should have someone monitoring the pool and have signs that say no drinking alcohol in the pool area so situations like this don't happen. They are lucky a accident didn't occur because I can imagine a lawsuit happening easily with them not monitoring and addressing the issue immediately after being informed. Not how we wanted to end our night after being in the car all day and driving a Uhaul ! Do better Fairfield

Nice location, decent rooms, breakfast was good, solid four and a half stars.
The pool was a bit chilly but the hot tub was nice. I'd stay here again if the need arose.
