I was passing through Cheyenne on my road trip to Chicago and I stopped here for the night. Everything was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. The room was perfectly clean and spacious and I had a nice view of the Wyoming landscape. Also great location close to tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a little undeveloped area in the back of the hotel which was great to walk around and take in the nature. Breakfast was middle of the road, but not bad at all. Overall 10/10 experience and would stay again.

Lobby was really loud with people drinking, partying, and talking on the phone on speaker (including hotel staff). They were speaking loudly with a lot of vulgar language.

The mini fridge in my room was not plugged in so my food went bad.

Gym was very limited.

Overall hotel was clean, staff seemed nice. Good location close to lots of restaurants and stores.

What a great place to stay… staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area… amazing tips on where to go and dine at…. Or what to do in the area… room was clean and ready for me… pool was very clean and nice very inviting to use it.. work out area was great…
Location is great as easy to get around town…
Definitely a must stay at if you’re in Cheyenne area.. good prices and worth the value.

Front desk staffing are polite, accommodating and are extremely caring as to ensuring floor ways are kept dry and are safe to navigate due to snow tracking in… constantly.

Nick, Blake (or Jake, I'm pretty sure it's Blake) have great positive attitudes and were fantastic to work with.
The day I checked in, the laundry machines that the housekeeping team uses were out of commission and they had to go to a local Laundromat to get the rooms ready.
When I showed up mid afternoon, I was told my room was not ready yet. It was not a big deal to me since I wanted to go explore the town. Nick made sure to call me a couple hours later to let me know that my room was ready.
I enjoyed exploring the town and staying at this property 😃.
