This place has become our regular stop each time on our way from Southern Indiana to North Florida, since we always have such a great experience here. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, which is greatly appreciated after a long day on the road. The place is always clean, which is important to me, and there's plenty of sitting areas in the lobby to either enjoy a nice breakfast or just chill out. We also like to sit outside on the front patio in the afternoon/evenings. I appreciate the fitness center and try to take advantage of that when I'm here too. I'm so impressed with how friendly and helpful the front desk staff always is to us, and Brent and David both did a phenomenal job. The Margarita Grill is just a short walk across the parking lot for us to get a nice relaxed dinner, and this way we don't even have to drive anywhere or lose a good parking spot at the hotel. I've told several friends about this hotel and recommended they try it on their next trip south.

They cancel your room without calling or sending an email. After a 5 hour drive, a notice of room cancellation would have been AMAZING. Hampton inn right beside them were so nice and their rooms are very clean. Highly recommend them instead of Fairfield.

The wife and I stayed in room 107 with the jacuzzi tub. We only live in Indian Springs, two minutes down the road, but we wanted a relaxing night away from the kids. The hotel was very clean overall, and so was the room/pool area. The breakfast wasn’t bad either. Brent at the front desk was very professional and attentive. He's the reason we will be back.

this hotel looks fine from the outside. In fact, I have stayed here over a dozen times when visiting the area. However, the hotel has seriously declined in quality over last year. Upon entering the hallway from the elevator, the strong odor of poorly diluted cleaner is so overpowering that it made my eyes water. Upon entering the room, I had the same experience. the air conditioning unit was so loud that it sounded like a freight train in the room overnight, resulting in one very, very bad night of sleep. I asked for to be repaired the following day they did their best, however, the unit is just old and noisy. The front desk acknowledge that other guest complain about the strong odor and that some of the air conditioning units are being replaced due to their age. The “free”breakfast is OK for an inexpensive hotel. Decent lobby. Overall the price to value ratio is extraordinarily poor. Next time I’ll stay at the comfort suites just a block or so away. I do not recommend this hotel any longer.

I feel like I got bamboozled when I arrived at this hotel. The photos online looked great- a bit outdated but still looked good. Upon arrival it looked rough! I’m sorry, but this review is going to be negative.
The staff are the only good at this hotel. I checked in/out with the same front desk attendant and she was nice and professional.
My room looked “clean” but didn’t feel clean. The linens are in dire need of replacement; the wash clothes are completely see-through!
Worst of all, my room had been sprayed with some sort of fragrance or room spray— if you suffer from migraines or other illness triggered by fragrance, definitely stay elsewhere. I had to wash everything in my suitcase (even clothes I didn’t wear) bc the fragrance attached itself to my belongings. ?
I didn’t have breakfast in the morning bc I was concerned about cleanliness.
The location is good and near lots of restaurants, gas, coffee, etc.
I gave this hotel 2 stars bc of the staff, and location.

They are charging me 250 saying I smoked in the room. I absolutely did not. They have no evidence of anything except they are saying they smelled it. If the look I went outside to smoke. I smell of smoke unfortunately. I do not smoke in the rooms. Other than that the staff except for 1 young lady was rude, didn't speak coffee cold. They have an indoor pool that is ice gold no heat at all. In which they could see me outside of the pool lobby smoking. This place ridiculous. 1st and last time. I will be going to corporate and further if needed for my money back on at least the smoking lie. I should ask for all my money back.

It served our purpose. Over night stay as we traveled to FL. Good location off freeway, parking easy, and a few places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is definitely showing wear and tear and could use an update. Linens could also use an update. Most of ours were pretty thin. Everyone working was friendly. All in all - no major complaints but don’t think it’s a great place for a longer term stay.

Outstanding experience. No complaints, will travel out of my way to stay here again.
Near the interstate. Clean lobby, accommodations, bathroom, breakfast area. Breakfast was above average, staff was pleasant.
