The front desk staff is excellent! From check in to check out, I had a great experience. Jaime and Keisha are the best! I stayed 3 nights. ||Housekeeping was just ok. The bodywash top did not open. The bathroom floor was not mopped/cleaned. Someone entered my room unannounced while I was in the shower.

Another great stay at this hotel; my husband and I visited family for memorial day weekend and we've stayed here a couple years ago. No complaints. Great stay, clean room, decent breakfast, great staff, nice friendly, attentive and professional. I was not aware that room cleaning was every other day unless requested which is not a deal breaker however; I would just be sure to mention to guest as they check in. Nice gym, it's been updated since last stay. Great and convenient location to key places in Bessemer. Highly recommend.

Very clean and cozy..
Great location right off the highway with plenty of amenities. Very comfortable well equipped rooms and Very comfortable beds.. Enjoyed my stay.. Not to mention safety. On-site security gaurd at night.

It took ringing the bell for 5 minutes to wake Marquis up enough to buzz the door to allow us in to check in. Then, housekeeping beats the door down with a do not disturb sign on the door at 9 am with a noon checkout. I paid too much for this room not to be able to get any rest. This staff is totally unprofessional and ridiculous. I would expect this at a motel 6. I expect better from Marriott.

Liked the room.Had nice A/C and was very, very clean. The only issue was that the thermostat had a very bright blue light that was unable to be turned off. Made the room bright.

The hotel was clean, and staff really tried their best... but the key card programmer went down and staff had to escort me to my room the first 2 days.the service was too much good and the very great view outside the room
