Not my favorite from this hotel chain… There’s ongoing work, which makes it a little bit uncomfortable… Noises kept to a minimal; It’s just that the rooms are pretty aged… And the aesthetics are not that pleasing… The bathroom was pretty worn as well as the furniture… But what makes up for That is really the very good customer attentive service and the friendly staff… They do their best to keep it clean and welcoming… They have a hard job because of what’s going on with Construction… But at the end of the day, hospitality is important and I have to give them four stars for that… The breakfast is very good and the staff there are very hospitable and attentive… Once construction work is done This will be a very good place… Again, I cannot repeat how well rounded and attentive. The staff was during our visit… Five stars!

I rented 2 room last minute On Saturday March 29th Due to another hotel that we had scheduled with had screwed our reservations up. The Girls at the front desk were wonderful polite got me 2 rooms next to each other I got a great deal. The rooms were clean and comfortable and nice and cool we slept wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool as well after we checked in it was heated so that was an extra added bonus. We got up around 6:30am this morning and had the continental breakfast the kids and I enjoyed that as well. We checked out around 11am We will forsure be staying with them again. Even with the remodeling they are having done it was quite last night I didn't hear anything after 9pm can't wait to see all the changes on our next stay. Thank you again ladies for accommodating us on such a short notice and giving us probably 1 of the best stays we have had in a long time.

Would never stay at this place again. It is currently under construction. The rooms are very old, smell. The curtains are so dirty and stained what is to be white was a smoke stained curtain. The bath tub was dirty and the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and peeling off. The air did not work would turn on sometimes so would go from hot to cold in room no consistency. The bed one of the pillowcases had makeup on it not even sure if these bed sheets was changed. Then before 8 am we have very loud noises above us from the construction. I am disappointed for stay due to being a Marriott but would not recommend this hotel.

First off the location is kind of in a sketchy part of town, especially at night. When we first got here, there was no one at the front desk and we needed to wait a few minutes. When we got to our first room, we opened it up to find that it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was still unmade, towels on the floor and food waste all over the room from the person before us. As we were walking to our second room, we also found a pair of used gloves sitting in the middle of the hallway. We were given a second room without any kind of apology from staff. This second room was okay however the shower flower was disgusting and we found bugs in all of our light fixtures. We will not be staying here again and this place does not meet Marriott standards as a brand.

Yikes! This hotel is very dated and dirty. It is way past due for a Reno action which apparently is coming. This does not meet Marriott standards. ||What was bad for me was a bad smell everywhere. It smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. ||Another negative was that I was not alone in my room. I was in room 213 and ladybugs/ brown bugs were everywhere. Even if you have an upcoming renovation you should still address the bug problem. This was horrible!

Very poorly equipped hotel. My standards for Fairfield Inns are fairly low, but this hotel does not live up to the basic expectations anyone should have of a Marriott-managed property.

1. Phone in room does not even work. Was simply told by front desk that “some work, some don’t. But they’re being replaced”.

2. TV in room does not work. It is also very old and small even if it did work.

These are basic expectations that any guest should have when staying at a hotel. The front desk lady did offer Bonvoy points for the inconveniences, which is appreciated, but these inconveniences should be addressed immediately.

Did tell us there was a deposit till we got there and then didn't want to refund it for 7 day I waited and I'm homeless that was all the money I had then even tho I didn't stay there they tried to use my card for other things like gas station. They are a scam don't go there.

Owner is the best with accommodating for rooms! Very friendly, and informational. Will definitely be back
