This was such a pleasant experience! The pricing was unbeatable, and they were extremely accommodating. The room we had was super adorable and had way more amenities than I'd expected; a full kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker!

Stayed at this 7 Gabels Inn Annex on Loftus Road in August 2022. I got bedbugs here. The room was dirty and stuffy, but the windows didn't have screens so it let in moquitoes. There was very little soundproofing between rooms. The kitchenette and bathroom had a decent set of amenities, but everything was dingy and old.

this was an interesting place. the room was decent size but needs considerable work. advertising on travel sites is entirely wrong. the windows have no screens so let mosquitoes if open but you can't turn off the heat. even though it is about 50 degrees outside the room is still hot. some furniture is falling apart and cooking utensils are broken and chipped. with a little TLC thus could be an ok place but as it is its hard to give it one star. Breakfast is about 1/2 mile away but is nice if there is anything to eat. one staff/cook trying to serve 50 people isn't reasonable

While the customer service reps in the 7 Gables who run this extended stays were great, the units could use a little attention. It looks like they began renovations and stopped. Walking in at night can be a bit eerie. You can hear everything in the other rooms. The bathroom was perfect, but the bed felt like some one layed there and didn't move for years. It has everything you need, you might want to give it a wipe down if you plan to stay.

Bad welcome. Be aware when they are charging you, they will tell you the price and charge you a higher price on the card.
Rooms super dirty, stinky, towels and bedding sheets super stained. Bed comforts have cigarettes burns. Oh and bed frame almost breaks just by sitting on it (so don't move) bead it self was super old. Flooring dirty and tried mud.
Air conditioning did not worked at all.
It looked like a Motel rather than a nice inn. For $80 dollars a night you expect a nicer place. You can even go to a hotel at this price.

Not going back that is for sure.

Crooks!!! Not exaggerating, they robbed me of my belongings! Long story, but am happy to elaborate if it helps keep customers away! Stayed for 5 nights at $180 a night. Fine. Happy to pay!
Dirty rooms, no towels to replace the ones I used. They said "we have to bring our dirty towels to the main office to get (clean) towels." Wth?
Okay, the main office is a mile away..
There is a jacuzzi. The water to fill the jacuzzi is the color of dehydration urine, and I lie to you not- it smells the same....
The beds are old and probably used by the prospectors during the gold rush. {Go ahead Paul, you can use that in your ads)
My bag was stolen by some other renters.i told them I would break their legs if I didn't get my belongings back and they fessed up and told me that the owners of the establishment had taken their bags along with mine because they had been squatting. I went to the owner "Paul" who admitted to having their bags along with mine I paid him $350!!!!!!! For the squatters stay. The stay I had nothing to do with!!!!!! I don't even know these unfortunate people!!!!!
After a walk to decide what to do with the situation, I returned to the office and was greeted by a nice old lady. The nice old lady lied to my face about having my bag and her knowledge about her husband's illegal proposition to keep my belongings hostage.

Longer story shorter, They still have my belongings due to my trips unfortunate and unexpected ending. (Emergency flight home).
Please stay away from this cartoon of a haunted house. Thank you

Very clean, nice place besides a couple of set backs. We got put in a different building a couple blocks away from main building since we had 4 people so we needed more space. The stairs going up and down with our luggage was like hiking up Mt. Everest. So anyone with little kids, a disability, physical impairment or lung issue may need to request a different placement. I know I had a hard time carrying my baby and helping my son who is disabled getting up and down. Other than that the rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. The jacuzzi was dirty when we tried to run it so keep that in mind. My bathtub had stuff floating around so I got out. Lol.
