I took my 10 year old and 13 year old for the first time and they loved it! It is freaking huge! Worth every penny! The actors were terrifying and they had some really cool displays! Both kids can’t wait to go back! There are about 8 million jump scares so be ready! 👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came 2+ hours to Factory of Fear. We thought it was cool at first, we bought the fast passes, everything was chill. Then it was time to go through the haunt. I am a Haunted House Lover and was so excited the first couple of jumps I got. Then we caught up to the group in front of us. We stood back waiting for them to go through, only to walk into the next room with an actor still scaring the group in front of us, so we didn't even get to enjoy the scare tactics. Then not to mention that when walking through one of the areas, there was absolutely no sign or anything letting us know where to go, so we went through a curtain, only to get yelled at by one of your actors for going the wrong way and not even telling us where to go. We had never been there. At that point I was ready to go because he had no reason to be as disrespectful as he was. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt that you were busy and it's hard to have staff be nice to your customers. But that was very unprofessional on his part. $80 later and we left disappointed and upset. Definitely thought with having Illinois #1 rating for a haunted house it would be better. We were not asked to leave, were not even spoken too, we just came to have fun, and this was genuinely not a good experience. I had fun on the trip up to Illinois, but not the haunt experience itself. And trying to say anything to your staff is near impossible. Thanks for the experience though.

Just left this place. Me and my friend were genuinely enjoying it and didn't even say a word the first room just kinda walked through in fear and halfway through they came and told us that the actors said we threatened to hit them and then made a worker walk through with us taking absolutely all of the fun out of it. Review your establishment better y'all heard us say we didn't and didn't go nowhere further on it but ruined the attraction for us. Genuinely couldn't be scared with an employee behind me the whole time.

Drove from PA to come to this haunted attraction!
Was up in Iowa visiting friends and decided to give this a shot.
Lines were a little long at 7p, and progressively got worse, so I HIGHLY recommend getting there early. However, the line moved fast and we didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes to get in.
Awesome atmosphere while waiting in line that really set the scene for everything.
Both parts took about an hour to get through. Actors were amazing! Props were really cool and actually kind of scary! It was absolutely worth the money and wait. I already plan to come back next year!!

Awesome haunted house! Well worth the money.
Went last year, so I was worried it wouldn’t be as scary this year, but they did a great job again. Took 4 kids and they all had a great time.

Best haunted house ever! I sadly didn't go through it all i was to scared but there were 2 or 3 characters who were very kind to me as soon as i started balling my eyes out. they were very scary and honestly I didn't want them near me but I was able to gather up the courage a bit to go through some of the haunted house, my friends went ahead once I opted out, they said they will 10/10 go back and we will be taking more friends with. I am hoping i can get over my fear and i could come back but ill just be the DD for now haha! anyways, its was the best haunted house ever. would def go back!

Best haunted house I have ever been to. The rooms and the attention to detail are unreal. Plus, this is three floors of craziness. You must make this a go-to every year!!!! I promise you won't be sorry.

The extra $10 for the fast pass was worth it. Loved the whole experience. Best part for me was afterwards they had a photo opportunity for you to take a photo for only $5. What an amazing sovouneir to have for a great memory!
