Lida was absolutely everything I look for in a nail tech. Very kind, gentle, and absolutely slayed my nails 😀 I was only there for about an hour and she did a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure with no flaws. I’ll most definitely be coming back!

I came here from a recommendation from my kids as they come here a lot. Welp I did nit finish my service. It seems like the lady was mad cause she had to do a pedicure. She was rough and did not ask me if I wanted my nails cut down she did what she wanted. She then grab my foot out the water bowl very rough and that was it for me.

I have been a customer of Fab Nails for a long time and today I walked in for a pedicure and it was completed in 20 minutes and to top it off I could have walked out without paying because three employees sat in the front talking and ignored me as I asked if I could cash out. I am SO disappointed in how this has gone down hill. I miss T. Where did you go?

Usually Kem does my nails but she's off today, so I had Navi. She was very thorough and I loved the design she did. Kem always does great too, just today is the first time I took photos.

My daughter and I went in and requested the technician Navi, they said she works be able to do her nails not even 10 minutes of working on my daughters nails she shot up from her chair and said I have to go. I have to pick up my child from daycare. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. All they needed to say was unfortunately she has to leave and will not be able to do your nails we would have came back for another appointment. Then the technician that took care of me was rushing and got upset because I asked her to fix my nail as I was getting a full set and they were glued on uneven. The technician was upset and began to speak to the other technician I'm their language I'm sure about me. I was completely disappointed with the service we received today. Unfortunately. This will be the last visit here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

The worse place for pedi !!! I went there today and she turned on extremely hot water, filed my toenails along with skin. Every toenail has a different shape. Don’t go there! They don’t care what they do! I heard other complaints from almost every client in time when I was there.

Almost cut my finger with the scissors because she was going too fast and my nails don’t even look good. Chop shop, they got me in and out. Will not be returning.

Edit: had my nails soaked off and they are completely destroyed, part of my nail has a literally hole. Really really regret choosing this place.

I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years. When I came in I went ahead and got the services I get every time for over 2 years. Dip powder and pedicure. I picked the color, I always match my nails or something to match if I can’t find exact color for toes. The dip powder color was NOT what I asked. She said that it was faded, which is a lie. Colors are completely different tones. I did not want to argue so I payed and left. Oh before I forget, she was charging me $10 for shape and $10 for tip. I have NEVER been charged for shape here. Only $5 for tips. I haven’t always had the same person. The last few times yes. Apparently the owner is who services me and lady said she can price whatever she wants. Which is a lie! She doesn’t always service my hands. She said I can take off $5 dollars but that’s it. I paid, left and called next day. I asked to speak to the owner but she’s on vacation, which I hope she’s enjoying herself. She works so hard. I have seen it. I just didn’t know at the time that she was the owner. So I DON’T do glitter period, so I said “ I need this color fixed because it is not what I chose”. She tried to argue with me over the phone saying I picked the color and I need to pay to change it. She offered to change my toes. I told her how is it my fault that the colors don’t match!? which I could look past, but the fact that it wasn’t even close to the color powder I selected is just ridiculous and the glitter which I don’t ever get done unless it’s new year. She said come in and we’ll see what we can do, I live almost an hour away. Not even a “come in I will fix the color for you” I come here because I have family in the area and enjoy coming. But this crossed the line for me. I opted to not come in. I guess it’s time to find a new nail salon. To the owner : thank you for always giving me TOP SERVICE. My nails always enjoyed you. When I did run into a problem you solved it for me. Thanks again.
