Went to Extreme Hair & Day Spa today for the first time. Chelsey shampooed & cut my hair for the first time. Love the way she did it! I also had my 3 year old granddaughter with me (unexpectedly) & Chelsey was very patient with her & set something up so we could keep an eye on her while I got my cut. Great experience!!! Thanks!!!

Tonya is an amazing hairstylist with over 30 years of experience. She gave me my first perm since I was a child and I couldn't be happier. She even accommodated my busy schedule and met me at the salon today Sunday March 1, 2020. I highly recommend this salon. I look forward to the years to come. I walked in to Extreme Hair like half an hour ago. My hair stylist was Ashley and she did a great job. I was vague at best in what I wanted (I think I said I wanted a trim and side bangs), but she was able to give me great results. Definitely would recommend.

I am only giving one star based on the person I was serviced by, who was Ashley Devers. I walked in, so that was nice to not have to make an appointment. I asked for what I would describe as a long bob, my hair was plenty long to accomplish that. I said about two inches off. I showed her plenty of reference photos that clearly showed a long bob, longer in the front, shorter in the back but still decently long all together. She asked before she made the first cut if I wanted the length above or below the shoulders and I said below because I wanted length still.

She cut so much of my hair off, it is above my shoulders and I am so utterly disappointed because she said she's been a hairdresser for 10+ years. I had long beautiful hair that just needed the ends cut off and to be shaped into a long bob, and she butchered it. Into a horrid short, short, SHORT haircut. If I could add the picture before, the reference pictures, and a picture of my hair currently I would. But in my opinion. And from my experience with her, I will definitely not be going back, definitely not back to Ashley.

I had a new nail appointment booked for weeks. On the afternoon of the appointment I called to confirm the time and they verified it. I got a call back from the receptionist and said the nail tech wasn’t there and my appointment was cancelled. What?! She said she would call to reschedule , but I knew she was blowing me off. Never got an apology or a call back. I had a party to go to and had to go without the nails. Not happy.
