One of the words I would use to define my experience at this hotel would be, peaceful. I have only good things to say about my experience at this extended stay. The cleanliness of the room was a breath of fresh air compared to some other places I’ve been to in the past year. The ease of access to the fitness machines was nice - and quiet, which is also a plus. The laundry on site gave me one less trip to make out to a laundromat. The staff was always friendly, smiling and had a positive demeanor. They were super nice and they went out of their way to help me more than once. They even got me a better price point on my stay. I’d choose this place over any of the surrounding hotels 10/10 times😊

We stayed over the weekend for volleyball tournament. We arrived late at night and staff was very accommodating and made sure we were well informed incase there were other night we get back late from tournaments. The room was very spacious. Kitchen was a plus.
I left my AirPods without even realizing that it was there that I left it and I got a call from Judy to ask if I lost or left my AirPods, she simply asked for the cover color to confirm and immediately told me that she is shipping it to the address on file.
For them to take time to call me to make sure I get my AirPods back was so impressive. I would never hesitate to stay the Extended Stay of America Rockford again. Highly recommended.

I am usually leery of extended stay hotels since they tend to attract certain clientele, but this one was actually pretty quiet and clean. The hotel had a smell that wasn't very pleasant due to all the different cooking smells coming from the rooms. Overall, for an inexpensive place to stay, it was better than expected.

Fun, friendly staff. Took great care of me and my fur baby the entirety of my stay. The staff goes the extra mile to make guests happy and comfortable. The room was nice, despite its age. I never felt unsafe in this area of the city. Housekeeping was tremendously helpful as well.

I was a resident for years. The staff is quite accommodating to me and my dog. They're always helpful and cheerful. I like the location of the hotel, it's in a nice area of the city and I had no issues with crime or feeling unsafe here.

Positive: "" Negative: The staff that checked us in wasn?t professional at all.. came out with a hair bonnet on & pjs We had a stalker in the hotel which made us feel very uncomfortable! we checked out 1hr after check IN. The hotel manager offered a free stay voucher? shove it!

We rented a suite for approximately 4 months, it was an excellent choice and experience while renovating our house. This property is always extremely clean and visibly constantly maintained by the staff. I would recommend this location.

service very friendly, clean. However, showing fully supplied kitchen and not so much as a single fork or glass in the cabinets was disappointing. I was too tired to ask for more items, and it was one night, but all the empty cupboards were frustrating. No ice machine on the property is pretty unforgivable.
