My weekend family stay at Extended stay was not a great one. There was nobody at the front desk to assist upon arrival. It was later at night, but there was an additional family trying to request a room as well. The room does not have any hygiene products, not even hand soap. I packed shampoo so that's what we had to use the first night.
They're was no coffee machine and the room did not get cleaned during our entire weekend stay. The location is great but we were not at all impressed with the service. Therefore, we will not be staying there again while visiting family in the area. The service definitely needs improvement.

I met Mary, sandy and Jesus. Very professional very together. It’s a business and they are a team. Each individual have all been great people here and work very hard. The hotel runs smoothly and are good people. Loyal to the hotel

I prepaid for a two day stay. My initial impression was not positive, the lobby had a bad smoke odor, I can’t blame the hotel for smoke odor transfer from another customer but that is the first impression I received. The front desk was unattended, I waited a couple of minutes and finally a young man came out of the back room and checked me in. I went to visit my family and came back later in the evening. I realized that smoke odor was still there and maybe a permanent smell. I was really disappointed as I entered the room and found the refrigerator door absolutely filthy dirty, I have attached a picture. The walls are thin and I could hear the adjacent family next door talking and their baby crying. I put my earbuds on and went to sleep. I woke to find no complimentary bathroom toiletries so I just rinsed off. The towels were thin and I would consider cheap, not a typical hotel towel I am used to. I left early in the morning and came back after midnight to find there was no housekeeping service so I still had the same towels we had used the morning before and the bed unmade

After finishing my trip and arriving back home I looked at the hotel reviews and noticed some familiar comments. I’m not sure how to address the smoke smell but I would definitely find a solution. The dirty refrigerator is an easy housekeeping task. I noticed a management comment from another customer saying most of their customers are longer stays and they expect them to bring their own toiletries. If the checkin staff were thoughtful they may ask a short stay customer if they need toiletries. Just a few suggestions, none of these things ruined my stay but the hotel stay was forgettable. The room itself seemed mostly clean with a few exceptions. The cleanliness of the lobby and hallways of the hotel are questionable. Upon entry into the building it smelled of cigarette smoke and in some areas recreational types of smells. When leaving the building with our small children and infant, there was a guest standing right outside the very front door smoking a cigar. I feel it necessary to have no smoking signs at least at the main entrance that most people are using. The staff wasn’t very helpful with an issue we had with another guest. As my brother was getting his 3 children ready for bed, they were simply walking around the room, and the neighbor below them banged hard enough on the ceiling that we too could feel and hear in the room directly above my brothers room. I will say that the walls and floors seem to be very thin in this hotel as we can hear people walking around, but there’s nothing you can do about that. Wouldn’t recommend.

The best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is always friendly and do a great job at maintaining this property. I stayed here for an extended length of time earlier last year and had zero issues.

Been staying at ESA during looking into a new residence for my family and the staff are all very friendly and very helpful with small bothersome copies of forms and anytime I needed a rubber band or 1 "AA" battery T has come through for me! Plus I love the fact that it has a kitchen with nice size fridge and 2 electric burners along with multiple cabinets.|Making the reservations online very easy to make and saves $$$ esp. if you become an ESA member. My family and I been good staying here with the fact there's no lease.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Upon arrival there was a very angry man in the lobby. Turned out he was angry because even though the rooms are all kitchenette, they make you "rent" pots and pans for $40. Also they don't provide shampoo/conditioner or dish soap. I think the utensils and soap are another package you can "rent". For an overnight stay I would expect at least what other hotels provide like shampoo and conditioner. It was a good price and I had all my own amenities with me fortunately. However, I feel badly for anyone arriving unprepared. I will not be back.

Iv stayed at extended stay before working on the road and I must say never again. The fact is this place is an extended stay for workers and out of town travelers like every other hotel. This is not an apartment complex! The fact that I have to go to to the front desk because one of there permanent residents in room 117 would rather deal with his neighbor (me) several times by banging on his ceiling violently at 10 am on a Monday because a dad is getting his kids ready for another vacation day speaks a lot about this person. I took it to the front desk immediately and they called up there permanent resident to address the issue on my end and this person comes down the hall to the desk like the desk workers owe him something! So rather this guy file a complaint with the front desk in the beginning, who should assumingely disagree at 10 am in the morning, he would rather bang on your ceilings reaching as far from the first to the 3rd floor is not how you deal with people. Anyways my advice is that verbal exchange's in your lobby between a customers and a residents is totally unacceptable and nobody paying to stay here should have to worry about jerks like this especially when you have kids at 10 am getting ready. Another tip is to remove this person from room 117. Beware people if you do choose to stay here, book floor one if you’re worried about ticking off their full time residents, and floor 3 if your don’t want to here any footsteps above you! Won’t ever stay in an extended stay again and I haven’t done the research on affiliates but if they have any I won’t stay there either!I read reviews when I stay places and hope this convinces folks to stay away because they treat this place like it’s apartments and not extended stay for workers or travelers.
