Nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
The cleaning staff works very hard to make sure that the rooms are spotless.
Great location for a person to recuperate and rehabilitate after surgery at San Ramon Regional Medical Center.

I stay here maybe 30+ nights out of the year now. I used to stay 90+ but work changed. Every time I stay here the staff is so friendly (Mary, Matt, Ken) I never have any issues. It’s convenient, clean, safe and right next to a Costco so that’s a plus. Thank you Extended stay for the many nights I have stayed. From 1-2 to 90 in a row.

Nelson helped us fix something in our room and is the kindest gentlemen! The stay has been amazing here with the staff! They are all so nice and have been so patient and kind with us! Mary is an amazing manager! All the staff here at extended stay are 10/10 !

I have been staying here since August. My room is spacious and clean. There is a convenient grab and go ready breakfast. They also have laundry on site. The service has been great! Whatever I have needed has been available. The staff is very friendly and hospitality is excellent. The manager and her assistant have been very professional and courteous. The location is so convenient. It is near Costco, plenty of restaurants, gas and medical are all in the same area. I would definitely recommend Extended Stay America to anyone staying in this area for business or pleasure.

The staff, Mary, Matt, Payal, Allison, Ken and Veronica are very friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are also very friendly and helpful. I’ve been comfortable throughout my stay, since September. Highly recommend for anyone with interest in long term stay. Having the convenience of a kitchenette makes the stay more relaxing too.

Payal, Matt, Allison, Mary, Ken, housekeeping, maintenance are ALL AMAZING! They always welcome me and make sure that everything is great! They make sure that I have fresh linens, my room is clean and are really friendly! I stay here whenever I am in the area! GREAT PLACE!

If you need basic, economical accommodations in a centrally located, safe environment, this is your stop. The staff are attentive and caring, the rooms clean. (Note: Pool is seasonal, and there is no gym. Staff will provide coffee maker, mugs, plates and utensils, basic cooking supplies and detergent, etc., if you ask.) I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and well appointed rooms. The kitchenette is well stocked - it was great to be able to cook simple meals during our stay. Payal at the reception was especially warm and helpful. Loved our stay here!
