Really interesting place with so many things to interact with. Good to go with a partner as some displays need at least two people. Overall amazing place to visit, really good for kids but I enjoyed all the displays even though I am an adult and went alone.

Wow, let me tell you, the Exploratorium totally blew me away! It went above and beyond all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the enchanted forest with its fluttering butterflies, chirping birds, and tropical animals, I was absolutely delighted. And guess what? My grandchildren were over the moon when a butterfly landed right on their little fingers! It was pure magic.

But that's not all! The Exploratorium is packed with an incredible array of wild animals and interactive exhibits that will leave you in awe. The earthquake simulator had the children giggling with excitement, and trust me, it was a blast! Now, I must admit, the food lines weren't the best, but hey, they weren't too terrible either. It would be even better if they had more snack shops scattered throughout the building.

There's just so much to explore at the Exploratorium that you might miss something if you're not careful. So, my advice? Get there early and stay late to make the most of your visit. Oh, and don't forget to take a stroll outside too! The grounds are absolutely stunning. It's truly a day filled with joy and fun. I had such a fantastic time that I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Trust me, getting a yearly pass is totally worth it!

Oh, and one more thing, parking was available on the street. So, mark my words, you absolutely have to visit the Exploratorium. It's an experience you won't want to miss out on!

Exploratorium exceeded our expectations. We've been reading reviews about the museum, but it was larger and more awesome than we anticipated. We alloted 3 hours for our visit, but we regret not coming in earlier. Almost all parts were interactive! We loved seeing each exhibit and we had fun trying out all the activities. We could've easily spent the 6 hours or more inside. Visiting on a weekday afternoon was a good choice. It wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait. We also enjoyed the cafe outside the museum and their gift shop. We got some puzzles and games for our home.

Worth it for $40. We bought the tickets in the museum, but you can also buy in advance. Looking forward to visiting again during their after dark schedule!

We bought our tickets in advance and we had not wait to enter on Saturday. We spent 4 hours visiting this museum. It was a really good experience. The museum has 6 sections. The 1st section was the most crowded one, especially kids were everywhere in this section and it was hard to have an experience without their sudden attempts. In short, the 1st section was like a kindergarten. Visiting the other sections was more enjoyable because the things exhibited were more interesting and the crowd was less.

A lot of super cool exhibits here. I've been visiting the exploratorium since I was a kid and as an adult I'm still fascinated by everything it offers. Definitely worth checking it out. Adults only should check out After Dark, kids aren't running around like gremlins. Going with kids? Any day is good, just bring lots of energy.

Also, it might be worth getting a membership as it pays for itself after two visits (with an adult companion) and this is easily a place you can spend two trips looking at everything.

It’s cool place but only a small portion of the exhibits were new comparing to las time we came.

Super hands on place makes it fun for kid. They allow you to eat anywhere inside too.

Bring hand sanitizer 🙂

How lucky are Thursday included in my three-day trip to the U.S. in San Francisco! I envy that the concept of only adults enjoying science museums is operational. So many people love science! We have tired children, uninterested children, struggling adults, and tired adults who take care of them.
