We stayed here while waiting for our upcoming apartment to be done. The mgmt were just fine. Nice big Cal King bed and everything was clean and nice. I checked everything over. They are pet friendly so that was a major plus. Good weekly rate!

Hubby and I had a romantic night out the room was not that great but there was a lot of noise I guess they rent to homeless person because a lady keep yelling

Been staying here awhile trying to get an apartment, let me be honest the rooms aren't modern, but they are clean never have I once had an issue with bed buds or roaches the customer service is excellent they are very friendly and nice people. My family and I feel comfortable staying here.

Bathroom floor was really dirty. Close up photos show many hairs on floor. Towel rod was broken on floor. AC and heater didn't work they lent us a space heater. The sink was spilling water out the pipe under sink all over the floor and the manager asked us if we knew how to fix it. He didn't offer a discount for fixing it. behind the dressers and behind the fridge and microwave it was like a disgusting mess of debris from years before. And gross roach motel behind microwave. When we left the outside was so flooded, up to our knees.

It may not be a five star hotel but the Management are really cool,, I mean Super Nice & they make us feel comfortable so they are a Five Star in our Book!! It's really close 2 alot of places as well!! We have enjoyed our stay here very much!!

The Evergreen Inn is not very popular cause a lot of people say bad things about their rooms. So I had to check it out myself and what I saw was pretty decent. So I give it an okay rating 👌I decided to rent a room here and it's really nice. With lots of amenities within walking distance. The laundromat is right here, you've got lots of places to eat and even a 7-eleven on the corner.

This place is probably one of the cheapest places around the area compared to other motels but unless u want major bed bug or spider bites I suggest u stay away. The lady at the service desk isn't very friendly (her husband is though) and a lot of times the people staying there r druggies and substance abusers. It has plenty of rooms but only a few r smoke-free and the ones that r some-free still smell like smoke. It's not the best place to stay at all unless u really just can't stay elsewhere. If u do stay be prepared for some major bug bites. Good luck!
