We had a wonderful time here! You can really tell that Eddie put his heart and soul in to it. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He gave us great tips to get the most out of our time in Yosemite. The beds were incredible - best sleep we have had in a long time! The blackout curtains were a plus too. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. This place is just 15-20 min from the southern entrance which made for easy access. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for helping make our trip so memorable Eddie!

We stayed 4 days at Evergreen Haus, we really appreciated the comfort of this house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen available to prepare meals, very beautiful outdoor terrace with view, comfortable room, and especially the welcome of our host. Do not hesitate to stay several nights to appreciate this beautiful home and take the time to visit the magnificent Yosemite Park.

Our stay at Evergreen Haus was short but amazing. Eddie was so helpful giving us information on Yosemite and the trails. The property is beautiful and the room was comfy. They have everything and anything you could need. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

We were at Evergreen Haus for 4 nights and it lived up to all the 5 star reviews and #1 spot of all the guesthouses in Oakhurst. Generously stocked kitchen and bathroom, non-slip shower, cool temperatures in cabin, meticulously clean, and a extremely caring, thoughtful host who goes over and beyond to offer valuable tips & detailed maps not found in brochures just because he enjoys helping his guests maximize their visit. Eddie put together a 3 day itinerary for us (68 yrs old and 72 yrs old). It was in the 90's in the valley floor. He told us what time we needed to go, where to go, and what to do to avoid the heat. We followed it to the tee and managed to avoid the heat, push ourselves just a little bit, see the most awesome places in Yosemite, and have an extraordinary experience. This will be our go-to home on future visits to Yosemite.

My family of four had a wonderful time visiting the Yosemite National Park thanks to Edward's knowledge and tips! Edward was super nice and patient. He planned our entire visit based on our time, interest and the weather. The Evergreen Haus was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Our suite, the Sequoia Room, was large, quiet and peaceful. Everybody slept well. There was lots of space in the common area. The kitchen, the living room, and the wrap-around porch provided lots of space to relax and connect with other guests. We met a couple from the UK and a few people from the Netherlands, and enjoyed conversations with them. The comfort of our stay, organized plans and meeting interesting travelers made our stay an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend the Evergreen Haus!

Evergreen Haus was such a great spot for a Yosemite vacation! We were in town for the marathon and it was the most comfortable stay with fantastic views! It's close to everything you would need in town. Eddie is such a friendly host! He gave us awesome tips for our trip. We would definitely book here again the next time we're in town!

We stayed here June 2023 and it was great!

The accommodation is located in good driving distance to Yosemite and also super close drive to Oakhurst town centre for amenities, places to eat etc.

Eddie was a great host, he gave us so many tips for the getting around Yosemite and great recommendations for food in the evenings, making our stay perfect!

The accommodation itself is lovely. Spacious room with access to own outdoor seating aswell as the communal area. Great place if your a looking for a scenic quiet place to relax.
