My company was hosting a CEU (continuing education units) Event in Phoenix/Tempe for clinicians in Orthotics & Prosthetics. We were looking for a space that would hold 40 -50 people classroom style for an 8-hour day with breaks and lunch. Event Center 4 Rent was the perfect place for us to hold this event. Nikki and her staff made it easy for us from the get-go! I worked with Bailey to set this event up. The location was key because of its location to the 60 freeway. The event space had everything we needed with av equipment, TV's, sound and signage for us. Nikki's staff was always asking us if we needed anything else throughout the day. The staff was professional and friendly throughout the day. The lunch that was provided was a 10! I can honestly say that I was blown away how well we were taking care of. We will be doing this event at least once a year going forward and there is no doubt where will be having this again! Many thanks to Nikki & Bailey the entire staff for making this a big success! I highly recommend Event Center 4 Rent!

This past weekend my family gathered here for a celebration of life for my beautiful cousin. I had a general idea of how many people would show up and we were surprised when more people than expected came. During the ceremony we kept having people come in and we quickly ran out of seating. Aaron was quick to help us out in bringing more tables and chairs to accommodate them. It was an extremely Hot day and our person in charge of drinks and ice was running late. Their mini fridge was fully stocked with water and soda and they allowed us to give those out which saved the moment as people were trying to cool off. There were many young families and the lawn games were perfect to keep the young ones entertained. The tables were decorated beautifully and there was ample room for our food set up. Staff was available and ready to help the entire time. If you need a small venue for any event I cannot recommend this place enough. Nikki was wonderful to work with and was prompt in responding emails and making the process a breeze. Thank you guys for facilitating our event.

Staff is super easy to work with and the set up was phenomenal. Will be coming back and hosting another event. Nikki, Aaron, Baley, and Dave made sure the whole day went extremely smooth. They were on the spot anytime we needed anything. All of our guest were impressed with all the location had to offer. They really enjoyed putting on the green in between sessions.

Nikki, Bryant and their team made it easy to host my event. They handled the food, drinks, tables, chairs, the whole setup.

If you're looking for space to host an event, I recommend Event Center 4 Rent. My events are 60 to 100 people and each one I was happy with.

Our company had the pleasure of having a team-building event here and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place!
First off, the staff was excellent and made us feel like we were just part of the family.

Nikki was always available to answer any and every one of our questions, and Aaron's customer service made us feel at ease. No matter what issues that came our way, they addressed everything in a timely fashion.

This place is so awesome. Had my daughters 15th bday just on Saturday June 3rd 2023 and it was amazing. The space indoor and outdoor the set up the lights sound and more importantly the staff . Not only are they caring and catering to your needs they are so respectful and treat you like family. Anything you need they will do their best to get it done and they are true to their words. Location is perfect . The price is a steal. Everything was set up so amazing. Spacious for our food set up our djs we had not one issue. Plenty of parking so everyone can come. Nikki is so amazing she kept in contact with us to make sure we were ok and that says a whole lot about this company. I recommend it to anyone who wants to generally have a good time to celebrate. Be treated like family give this place a call.

My family gathered here after laying my great grandfather to rest. Everything was perfect, we had games like corn hole for the kids and adults to play and the food was absolutely amazing as well. Aaron and Nikki were so friendly and a great help with the video slideshow. Such an amazing experience for my family to celebrate the life of Rupert Ruiz.

Wow!! What a pleasant surprise this event center was. The staff was courteous, the space was open. Everyone is so friendly. There was putt putt golf. Great Soundsystem. Plenty of chairs and tables. Was an amazing experience all around. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking to host a private event, I highly recommend go check this place out.
