If I could give negative stars this place would definitely get it.
Horrible horrible place! Pls no one book this place. My sister had no choice but to get this place because everywhere else was booked.
But this lady (the owner) is nice to you until she gets all her money then she's very rude. She wants YOUR party to get done HER way.
Place was super expensive and not even with what she charges she can have money to buy toilet paper or soap. You have to literally bring everything yourself (toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, ice)
When you go see the place she says she includes the ice and then at the time of your event she says her ice machine is broken and what's to charge you more.
Microwave was not working and she claims she mentioned that but she didn't.
You're not allowed to take anything of your drinks until the next day. Which makes me believe she steals them for her to to resale.
She told my sister she wasn't allowed to take budlight because no one drinks that (as if she knew what her guest liked) and that she was only able to bring can soda not 2 liters. That's why I think she resales
She made my sister cry because she got her irritated and that's why I give her -5 rating
Air conditioning sucked. It was so hot in there. She wants to charge$200 to decorate the day before. This place is horrible!

Horrible place, the lady is very rude. I was trying to explain to her why I was going to cancel and she did not let me speak and was racing her voice at me and threatened to come to my house an if there was a party she was going to make me pay 4,000 for lying. This place is horrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

It's big and spacious but there's no air conditioning or heat had a party in the winter and the place was really cold this time we had a party yesterday and this was really hot and humid and the bathrooms are not in good condition this place needs some remodeling done to make it look good and stand out more

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY HERE. owner is such a rude person. She’s nice to you when your paying her but the day of your event she’s mean, and rude and doesn’t let you have your party your way. My guest were not able to get liquor for themselves. I wasn’t able to decorate the night before because she wanted $200 on top of the $3,000 I had already paid. I was not able to move tables or chairs. I was not able to get my stuff until the next day and I had More then half my beer STOLEN. She did not want to give me my deposit back because she wanted me to clean the front of her building . My kids enjoyed their party, but I did not and it was all because of the OWNER jovanka. She sat at my party the whole time watching everyone like if we were going to steal our own stuff ! The ice was not provided like in the contract, or the security guards that she makes you pay her ! I had to bring my own microwave because she decided to tell me 1 hour before my party started that we couldn’t use hers.

Well located spacious halls for different types of gatherings/parties. Adequate parking for guests which is a big relief from the parking troubles in Chicago. I believe the cost is also affordable although I was not privy to the actual amount.
Only down side was the state of the toilets and its location relative to the bar. And upgrade would be appropriate.
I would refer/recommend the hall to my person if it falls in their zones of residence and choice for their occasion

Behind the old lady masquerade there is nothing but cunning and trickery. Her son called me to have the furnace at that place checked. I told them that in order to get it going a inducer motor had to be replaced they both agreed on the price after installation it was discovered that the heat exchanger was cracked and flames were rolling out. If heater exchanger is not replace c20 will be getting into the building. She refuse to replace it and to pay me!!!! She said that somebody else got it going just like that. and that she is not paying me anything. A good technician would not allow a faulty furnace with a cracked exchanger to be use. The poor old lady is just a masquerade that she uses for her gain. she hates people but loves money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

No air conditioning. Guests used paper plates as fans to cool off. Owner was approached about the situation and was rude. Did not make any effort to get fans. Owner takes advantage of the people that rent the hall from her. Her employees were also rude. This place doesn't even deserve one star. A big fat 0. I was a guest on August 4th, 2018.
