I went here today 12/27/24 for my first time. I normally go to a place in ukiah but I was hoping to find a place closer to home. Unfortunately I wasn’t really impressed. I wanted to get a manicure with gel polish. I had removed my polish before going in so they didn’t have to (I hate paying extra for that) but basically they charged me $40 ($50 with tip) to change my polish. Didn’t even bother to clean under or around the nails and no lotion or massage at all. I left feeling like I should have just polished my own nails and saved $50. Won’t be returning. I’ll leave pictures of the menu before I delete since I won’t be needing it.

I have been going to Billy & Lin for about 14 years. Their service is great. Yeah, sometimes I have to wait beyond my appt. time, but it's worth it. I work my hands and nails very hard, and wash my hands about a dozen times a day. I only get fills done every 3 weeks and I have NEVER had a nail lift, had any infection and the color holds tight! Lin can do the best freehand designs, just beautiful. I will never go anyplace else as long as they're in Cloverdale!!

Worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The woman was pulling the skin off the sides of my toes instead of cutting it, which ended up making me bleed.
Then said to me in front of the whole salon, it’s hurts because I have too much dry skin, insinuating I don’t take care of my feet. One of my big toenails is cut as short as it can possibly be without bleeding, and the other was left long. She scrubbed the exfoliating scrub on my shin in the same spot for a minute straight while she looked to the side reading text messages on phone tucked in the drawer. Just scrubbing my skin off, completely oblivious.
She was rude and didn’t seem like she was professionally trained.
This was an unfortunate experience, while trying to support a local small business.

My sister and I got a pedicure, manicure, lip and brows wax. It was a fun and relaxing time with my sister. They did amazing job. We will definitely be coming back.

Lynn, Billy and Vicki make quite a great team. All of them, nail artists. Cloverdale is so lucky to have E's Nails in our fair city. Perfect pedi/ mani every time. Definitely recommend them❤

Pricing is fair but I definitely could’ve bought the stuffing of Amazon and did it myself. Worst manicure of my life. Did push my cuticles back, didn’t trim my cuticles, nothing like that. Literally filed my nails down a little bit, used the drill and went right to putting on my tips and acrylic.
