Just walking around the place and looking at everything something‘s dated as far back as the 1800s was enough to make me happy that we stopped. The food was good. The fried okra was fabulous. Wish I had ordered more. The waitress and all the workers were very friendly. My wife and I both walked around the whole place, which is quite large and looked at things on the walls and even on the ceiling. There’s a Native American arrowhead collection at the front desk that is the largest that I have seen. I wouldn’t be surprised if we stopped here again. It is definitely somewhere that everyone should try at least once just for the experience! And one more thing we got the one made and three sides special. The senior price was cheaper so we got it. My wife said she’s glad we got the senior person because it was even more than she could eat.

Okay this place is awesome. Autumn what's the highlight of our visit. David the owner is absolutely awesome.
This restaurant is totally worth stopping by and checking out. The food is incredible. We had the blackened shrimp and the low country boil. The red shrimp are awesome.
Then you have the drink menu. I strongly recommend getting a flight of beers and being able to try some of their incredible selections. Our favorites were the pineapple Hula and the Lacto-Kooler. It was so fun being able to try all the different flavors.

The first time to dine here and it was a 10 out of 10. The service was really good, the food arrived on time and the atmosphere was cool. Our waitress Autum was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer questions. I had the shrimp and catfish with French fries and a salad. The fries were so good, the salad with ranch was great but the catfish and shrimp was amazing. We were happy and full but had to take the carrot cake to go, this cake was amazing. We will be back to dine with you guys.

Epicure and Jack’s Tavern is hands-down one of the best dining experiences you can have in Millbrook. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family. The atmosphere is warm, eclectic, and full of charm — a perfect blend of Southern comfort and upscale hospitality. The steaks are aged and cut in-house, the seafood is fresh, and every sauce and dessert is made from scratch. You can taste the love and craftsmanship in every bite. The bar is top-notch, the drinks are strong and creative, and the service is consistently outstanding. This place isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience. Five stars all the way.

First off this place is great! Really impressed with the whole experience. Service 10/10 (A.Jenkins) she recommended some good food, food 10/10 atmosphere 10/10. I travel a lot and get to experience a lot of different restaurants and I’m a foodie. I really search out the best food in the area. This place is now my local favorite. The bread was bread. It’s was a good hunger breaker if you didn’t get an appetizer. I had the Trigger fish with Shrimp and my wife had the Philly and fries. Both were great. I was a little skeptical at first but I was quickly surprised. Food came out fast and delicious! It’s a big place and it feels like it’s two places in one. A tavern and a restaurant. This was a great visit and can’t wait to try it out again.

I ordered the filet, and it was nothing short of perfection. Cooked exactly to my preference, it had a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining incredibly tender and juicy on the inside. Each bite practically melted in my mouth, bursting with flavor that showcased the quality of the cut and the expertise of the chef. The seasoning was spot on—enhancing, not overpowering, the natural richness of the meat.

The sides were equally impressive. The loaded baked potatoes were buttery and creamy, while the grilled asparagus had the perfect amount of char and crunch. The attention to detail extended to every plate that arrived at the table.

To top it all off, the service was outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about the menu, making spot-on recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of our meal was flawless.

This is one of the best places in the area hands down! If not the best place around period! We have spent more money in local high-end restaurants with lackluster meals but Jack’s is on another level. The dining experience is a MUST! They outdid theirselves last night with the chef’s table experience… Literally the best meal we have had in a LONG time. I’m not sure any meal we have had before measures up. If you haven’t booked the Chef’s Table experience. It was 10/10. I’m shocked at the talent chef Glen has. He explained how to cook the food and we were able to taste everything he cooked. It truly was an engaging and delicious experience! Sooo Good!

My husband and I had a great Valentines night at Epicure & Jack's Tavern. Started the evening with a chocolate covered strawberry and champagne. Had some amazing food and dessert. LaDonna made awesome espresso martini and old fashioned. She suggested anew drink a mudslide martini that was fabulous and hit the spot. Thank you for a great evening.
