Very friendly from owner to manager to staff. Clean, well taken care of and I really mean they care! They keep an eye on and shoo away any inkling of riff raff. The property is watched by LASD in a tower camera. I feel very safe here.

Not Epic. The king size bed was a cinder block and the twin bed in the room was as thin as a pencil and hard as a single brick. The pillows were too thick the top of my head pointed to the ceiling the whole time. No refrigerator or microwave. Disappointing for the price and it was market excellent. The good thing was there were no bugs and it was fairly clean.

My daughter and I stayed here for 8 days during vacation. The gentleman at the counter let us check in 3 hours early for a small fee. He was even going to pay out of his own pocket if I couldn't find the $5 in my purse. He was so very kind.

The room wasn't bad. There's a mini fridge, so my daughter and I just went grocery shopping at the Target down the street and filled the fridge with items we could eat.

We don't have any complaints. The owners were nice, housekeeping came every other day and the hotel has tons of shops, food places and a gas station next door. Norms was delicious!

Stayed there for several monthsfor a week at a time. At first Jay (front desk) was really nice but the last week I was there he bacame very rude. His excuse for telling me my friend and I we couldnt come back due to asking for late check out. He also said he carries a nine milimeter hand gun because he has people checming in that party and are to loud
When he ask them to leave they supposedly brandish a weapon. He says he goes and gets his gun and chases them off the property instead of calling for the sheriff's. The nice thing about being at epic is rooms are nice, he has it posted quiet hours are from 10 pm-8am. Housekeeping is hard to talk to because they only speak spanish.

I had a great experience during my stay at this motel. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which immediately made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the fact that I was able to transfer rooms to better accommodate my group, even though I hadn't initially booked enough space.

One of my concerns was hearing negative things about the area, but to my surprise, I found it to be quite pleasant. The owner of the nearby liquor store was also very friendly, and the area's recent renovations, including the roads, made it a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Plus, there was ample parking available, which was a big bonus. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Fridge smells and was pulled out.
Overall, a great room for a great price.
Not ideal in terms of location but that's something you know beforehand.
All in all, it's what you pay for (minus the fridge).
Also, the parking is great!

One of those safety locks would be a great addition actually. Clean rooms tho had a bit of a smell to it. We got there hours earlier and were able to pay extra to check in early which I was relieved about as I didn't want to be traveling with luggage, very nice service at the front desk. Plenty of parking with a lot of illumination.

This hotel's nice. I recommend it. Staff was professional and friendly. The rooms are nice. Has no smell. The TV was clear. Sound was clear. The beds are very comfortable. Pillows are salt and nice. There's a gas station next door and there's restaurants within less than 1 mi of this location.
