This was my first time visiting Encore Med Spa & it was AMAZING! The entire experience, from the moment I walked in was fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Yaritza was very personable and did an amazing job on my lips. She took her time and made sure they looked perfect. I am in with LOVE them! Highly Recommend!!!!

Very professional and not high pressure sales for treatments. Treatment options are very abundant. Just had an amazing hydro facial!!! My treatment consists of IPL, Dysport, and Sculptra. Complexion and skin health has drastically improved. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyable experience.

In the 16th century, the Spanish explorer Ponce DeLeon went searching for the Fountain of Youth, but he was not successful. Well, I am here to tell you that it exists at Encore Med Spa in Walnut Creek with Adrienne Gonzalez, MSM, FNP-C and her team of professionals! I am 60 years old, and I still get so many compliments from friends and acquaintances. A little Dysport on my 11's, forehead has helped to keep that youthful glow on my face. Adrienne applies Dysport my masseters to help with my TMJ and grinding--this has an extra bonus. By injecting the masseters, it gives you a more "slimming look" to your overall appearance. Prior to getting my masseters done, I was always swollen and in pain. There were no dental treatment to help me. Getting Dysport does not even hurt! It helps to soften and erase those pesky fine lines. Do yourself a favor and visit Encore Med Spa. Check out their website too and get onto the email list. I used to go to this place for almost 3 years... but I realize they don't really care about their clients or even follow up to see how clients are doing and even offer any specials to get them back in. They would rather have volume than keep solid customers. Some of them are rude and argue back. Don't even get me started with the front desk lady. She does the bare minimum, I know her job is just to answer the calls and show no care whats so ever on any concerns brought up. They should put her to use and have her make follow-up calls with customers that are almost due for next treatment to try to get them back in by offering specials or offering to schedule them to come back. This place has just gone down hill. So glad I decide to try other places that have better customer service that actually care about their clients and they follow-up in between treatments.

Their new location is sooo convenient and so cute. the staff is always so nice and making sure I’m comfortable. I had Yaritza for my 2nd laser treatment and she was very knowledgeable and made sure the setting were just right. They offer many services and I highly recommend them for laser! Make sure if you want to numb at home ask for the numbing cream and they will send you home with it!

I was nervous for my treatment but the staff were so welcoming that it eased my mind. Yaritza and Carolyn performed my treatment and did an amazing job, I’m so in love with my results! Highly recommend this place!
