The salon is beautiful and sparkling clean and the staff is friendly and smiles a lot! I’m an aesthetician but needed to treat myself and I found Monica at Encore. Great services I got great results and made my skin look new again! Lots of choices at Encore! They also carry Jane Iredale makeup and I love it so there’s a great resource for clean make up.

Mycah was absolutely amazing! I had a full body treatment and she made the entire process so relaxing and comfortable. The massage she gives during the treatment is incredible, she has hands of gold! Highly recommend! Thank you Mycah and the entire Encore group for being so inviting and kind!

1st time waxing. Was okay, was thinking about going back until I got charged for a full bikini wax $60, only a partial was done. There's hairs left all over my legs. Several left in one of my armpits. Told Monica and got a rude response. Not impressed with the unwillingness to make a customer happy.
Your response again shows you are unwilling to make a customer happy. I said this was my first time waxing several times and you kept ignoring that. You never explained what a bikini was at the time or that you were giving me an additional service to the services I had requested. Since this was my first time waxing, I also did not know to inspect your waxing work because you said you were OCD about the hair removal. Yes I remember you had tweezers but you missed a ton. Yes it was fairly painless. I would have came back and recommend others, but your response is only to prove yourself correct and not to fix the issues.

Encore is absolutely amazing! I've had my hair done by Chelsea and she does amazing work, and then I did the whole works for waxing with Rosie and she is absolutely perfect! Made my first time amazing and comfortable! Monica the owner is the sweetest lady! I would absolutely recommend encore for all your esthetic needs.

Monica is absolutely amazing! I have seen her on two occasions for a Hydrafacial and I cannot recommend her enough. She takes her time and is meticulous, which I greatly appreciate. She explains the process and went over any questions/ concerns that I had. The atmosphere is super inviting from the staff to the suite, very clean and cozy. I have been to other day spas/ estheticians in the Anchorage and Valley area and none of them compare. I will definitely be returning.

I have been going to Monica for many years for skin and hair care. She is very professional, easy to talk to, and gives straight forward advice. I have lived all over the world, and the country, I have seen many different people regarding skin care issues. What I most appreciate about Monica is her ability to listen to my concerns and provide a service that many men are hesitant to seek assistance for.
