I have very much appreciated my massages with Emily. We talk about my last session and discuss what I want to address this session before the massage begins. She is careful to make sure she is not applying too much pressure but certainly enough to get some really good results. She always checks to make sure she is addressing the issues I have with my back and neck and offers suggestions for exercises I can do at home. My friend recommended me to Emily and I have in turn recommended Emily to my friends.

This is the best quality sports massage in SLO. My shoulders, back, and hamstrings feel completely refreshed after my session. The studio is relaxing and the tables are comfortable. Book ahead of you like relegate massage.

Clay provides the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. He is thorough, focused, and seems to intuitively understand exactly how and where to release the areas that are tight. I wouldn’t say it’s relaxing (it’s not supposed to be!) but I leave feeling better, looser, and less sore every time. Thanks Clay!

My fiance and I recently met with Clay for our first session. As a first timer, Clay exceeded our expectations. He was very attentive to our specific ailments and focused his expertise on the different problem areas we each have. We both appreciated his attention to detail, the process, and the approach he took with his recommendations for us. Can't say enough good things about Clay! I had rotator cuff surgery and was struggling to get my full range of motion back. Clay was very knowledgable about anatomy and the limitations imposed by my surgery and from the first session was able to help improve my range of motion and level of pain.
