I like the hotel, location, and it's quite a big room!

However, the last stay was very disappointing because the room was very cold. The thermostat mentioned 21°C but it felt like 14-15°C. I tried raising the temperature to something like 24-26°C but the thermostat was centrally controlled to be in cooling mode, so it didn't change anything.

I asked the folks at the front desk who were very helpful but when I got back at night it was exactly the same, and I had to stay the bring out extra blankets from the closet to be able to sleep.

It's 3am and box fan #2 was just delivered to my room (since box fan #1 didn't work), after two consecutive nights waking covered in sweat. As many have said, the AC is centrally controlled despite the thermostat in the room and the hotel is still in heating mode. The proposed solution of sleeping with my balcony door is not an acceptable one, especially since there are no safety features or even screens to keep animals / bugs out.

The staff are friendly though, and the evening reception is nice after a long day at work. But the AC is a deal breaker. I stay in Bay area Hiltons regularly for work and won't be returning to this location until they're able to get this addressed.

Did a short stay to visit tourist areas of San Francisco with my young kids. Primary requirement was an indoor pool. I chose this one because it's the newer of two Embassy Suites close to SFO. I also know this area because I sometimes stay here at other nearby hotels for business. I have a car and prefer to stay outside of SF city, but a short drive away.||Location is great, easy access from the freeway, a 7-11, restaurants, shopping mall, and big box stores with easy parking a very short drive away.||Room was great as consistent with Embassy Suites. Indoor pool was clean (enough) and functional, Free breakfast was good (not fantastic) as expected. Parking was $42 which was not desirable but acceptable. I sometimes stay at the hotel next door for business which offers free parking, but no pool is a deal-breaker for the kids.||Everyone I interacted with from a service perspective was helpful and nice, Overall no issues and happy with our stay. It does look like this hotel services more business customers given it's location amongst large companies, which makes it feel less touristy which I prefer.||Would visit again with the kids.

Bianca in the restaurant was amazing! She made us feel welcomed and was very attentive! She checked on us regularly And brought our drinks quickly. Definitely made our stay at this hotel even better! Thanks Bianca!!!

I just recently stayed here, the room was great buy a little pricey. The front counter staff was amazing! However the bar/restaurant staff was extremely rude and seemed like they didn't have time for us, when they weren't even busy. They left dirty dishes all around us and it took them about 30 mins for a drink. We stopped a kind bus guy to take our dirty dishes finally and he was so kind! Our waitress some some very rude comments to us, it was really getting to me because I have worked in customer service prior and that's just not how you act! Luckily I only stayed for one night otherwise I would raised hell!

close to airport, yet very quiet in night, can hardly hear planes, can hear a little bit of cars on street, the biggest noise is just the little fridge in room and well acceptable to someone sensitive to noise like me. Room is spacious and cleaned daily, breakfast and lunch is marginally fine. The bad part is no heating when outdoor temp is only 10degC, feel cold when sleeping. has many restaurants in 0.6-1.2mile range, a lot of them are good. Overall good and recommended.

I didn't stay at this hotel for an overnight. I attended a workshop here.

The lobby is beautiful. It has an airy and spacious place to sit and relax. The lunch we were served was yummy and the waitstaff were so kind.

I was reasonably surprised and soured by the parking fee. You have to pay to park here! This is the first time in my life I've encountered a parking fee at a hotel. To make matters worse, the parking gate wouldn't accept my credit card (also never happened to me before). If your system can't even perform it's basic function you need to have it upgraded. Somehow I managed to exit the parking lot...

I'm truly surprised that this hotel does not have a better rating. The rooms are spacious, the room and facilities are modern and updated, and the perks (complimentary breakfast and evening drinks) are a welcome surprise.
Removed a star for service (housekeeping kept changing my towels and left my jammies thrown to the side) and location (nothing around - great only if you need to be close to the airport).
