The hotel is beautiful and clean. The most amazing part though is the breakfast staff. The gentleman making the omelettes and French toast was like watching a hibachi chef! He was so efficient and fast and friendly and entertaining. It was like a mini show! And the young lady Barb and Shannon were so sweet and helpful. I was running around like crazy trying to handle things and my food got cold. They helped me with to go boxes so I could enjoy my food in my room after I heated it up and all throughout breakfast made sure we were taken care of. The African American gentleman who was cleaning was so friendly and efficient. Just an amazing staff. The front desk staff are very nice though there seems to be some confusion. I have to keep my card locked because for some reason the hotel keeps trying to charge me more money when the deposit and full room charges have already been taken from my account. But every night I've gotten declined attempts for 100 or 40. Or 12. It's a bit ridiculous. I understand it's a system error but to be trapped out of town with no money because I keep getting accidentally charged would be terrible. Def needs work. Also housekeeping was super rude and opened our door with barely a warning. No one had a chance to say one moment before she was in there with an attitude and saying we'll do you have any trash with a major attitude. She was the one blight in an otherwise amazing staff. The rest of the staff has customer service down to a T and we've been having an amazing stay. Thank you so much. This will be where I always stay when I come home to visit. Give those breakfast attendants a raise stat!

Had a little trouble last night getting checked in to our room and then it appeared that no one's key cards were working. They finally got me a card that worked so I could get in my room.
The breakfast this morning was amazing. Albert was so efficient and fast getting everyone's made to order food cooked quick and right. And Barb was so very helpful and nice in the sitting area. The gentleman who was keeping the tables cleaned was super nice and kept the dinning area clean all morning. Best hot hotel breakfast I have ever had.

I had forgotten how much I loved this hotel chain! They have made to order breakfast food like omelettes, French toast, pancakes, and waffles! Everyone I worked with was nice and helpful! I was surprised how efficient the chef was at the omelettes and even when it got busy he was able to get everyone. The bed was incredibly comfortable and got a good nights rest. I don’t think you understand…. I never sleep well at hotels, and I fell asleep here IMMEDIATELY every night.

The cleaning staff clean daily which I feel like is more rare nowadays. I didn’t get to make it to the reception but I know from previous times that it is great too. Overall everything was absolutely wonderful! The room was a tad bit scuffed since I had an accessible room but the rest of the experience was so great that it didn’t bother me too much! Highly recommend if you’re going to Peoria to stay here!

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and attentive service. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a full made-to-order omelet bar. Barb was especially nice at breakfast, checking in and clearing plates quickly. My kids enjoyed the pool too. Proximity to the civic center was great as well - 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. All around nice place to stay.

We just spent 2 nights at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria, IL. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. It was also very quiet which helps with a good night's sleep. Probably what we enjoyed the most was the breakfast! Albert made the most delicious omelettes both mornings. He is also just a wonderful guy. What a great way to start the day. The tables were cleaned quickly and Shannon was very sweet and attentive. My only complaint is the parking fee. The actual lot is very small so we had to park next door at the convention hall. I'd guess the majority of guests arrive by personal car and it's time to do away with that extra fee.

Hotel was excellent! Room was clean and cozy. The staff was amazing! Albert made awesome omelets that were delicious and was super cool. Shannon walked around and tended to all of the breakfast area with a smile and kindness to all. There was another gentleman walking around picking up and cleaning things. I didn't catch his name though. Kudos to the hotel and staff for a great experience!

Where do I start. I travel every week and I stay mostly at Hilton properties. I must say, this hotel was wonderful. I stayed 2/25/2025 - From guest services, to the room and cleanliness, to the breakfast experience. The rooms were wonderful and I slept like a baby (which almost never happens). They were super clean and everything worked well. To top of my stay there, when checking out the person at the front desk offered to hold my stuff while I grabbed a bite to eat. She assured me that it would be very safe. She was very kind. The breakfast….. what a delightful. Delicious and while it was buffet style they also had a wonderful chef that made to order for you. He was really nice to everyone like he was happy to be there. I know it sounds odd to say that but most places, especially in the morning, the folks are not always pleasant anymore. To top it all off was Nate. Nate was doing service in the seated area. He was awesome and was so helpful. What a way to start the day there. If I could scale it from 1 - 10 I would give this site an 11 for sure. Everyone was just a joy. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It was refreshing to see. I can’t wait to book again there. Thank you for making this a great place for people to come to.

We had a great experience at the Riverfront Embassy Suites Peoria. The staff was helpful and so friendly!
The breakfast was outstanding; the buffet as well as the made-to-order counter. The gentlemen who made our omelettes were very skilled & entertaining! The table we sat at was immaculate, kept clean by vigilant staff. Barb, in particular seemed to always be nearby clearing & prepping tables. Noticing us struggling to finish our enormous omelettes, she showed up to our table with a smile & a to-go box. Barb & the entire staff made our stay so easy and enjoyable that we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else next time we’re in town.
5 stars for all!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
