Beautiful hotel! Very nice and clean! Kenny at the font desk provided excellent customer service. The room had plenty of space. The breakfast was also really good lots to choose from. The pool was great as well very clean and clear water. I would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. It was about 5 minutes away from the mall and had lots of restaurants nearby. The staff we talked with were friendly and accommodating, especially Kenny. The first night we were there the hotel was like 99% full, so we weren't able to get a two double bed room. We appreciated Kenny being able to get us a different room the second night so my girls could have a bed instead of the pullout couch. We did notice that our second room had been updated as well, so it felt much nicer. The breakfast was good and the evening complimentary drinks and light snacks was nice. While we were there, the happy hour snacks were crackers and cheese, chips and salsa and a few snack mixes. The second night there was also some fruit. The hotel felt safe with lots of parking available. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

This is by far one of best Hotels i ever visited. Top tier customer service. The Room was excellent very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The Breakfast buffet you can argue maybe the best in the country. They had a cook making fresh omeletes to your desire. Excellent location you are in the Heart of everything. Shopping , great restaurants and many other attractions. The manager at the door even assisted me with the cart I needed by my car to load my luggage. IM already thinking about when I'm coming back!!!

We stayed here a couple of of nights. The service was good, the breakfast buffet was really good too, made to order omelets.
The room was clean but when I looked at the chairs there was long hairs on them, like they had only taken the trash out and cleaned the necessary or noticeable things. When I looked under the sink, there was hair on the floor. I was ok but either way people do notice things or at least I do. Another inconvenience for us was that the lamp on the night stand did not work so we thought it was the plug... We checked and it was fine so we checked the light bulb and nope! We then figured that it was the actual lamp. So we couldn't plug any chargers on there or turn it on for our whole stay. The bathroom is pretty small so if you are looking for a bathroom that is spacious- this is not it. Overall it was a good stay, but the rooms need an upgrade.

Staying here with my family. Great place to get some rest. Rooms are quiet, and check in was fast and easy. The pool is heated so that is a plus! The suite we booked had a drink voucher that gets you 2 complimentary drinks at the bar, the only down fall and I don’t understand is why they close the bar at 7:30. We would have liked to redeem our drinks a little later after dinner.

We would stay here again yes!

We booked this last minute for a Holiday work party at a nearby convention center. We brought our two small children (1 and 3 year old) and grandparents to watch them. ||Jenn was extremely helpful with helping us to get two rooms as close to each other as possible. She went above and beyond. |Mark was also very hospitable. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming.||The pool area was very nice. |Rooms were mostly very clean. ||There were some things that could be better - the food was just ok with the exception of it being very nice to have omelettes made to order! I had a vegetable omelette and it was just how I wanted it. It’s included so you really can’t complain about “free”’food. ||The seating areas in the atrium could use some updating. There were holes, scuffs, and stains on a lot of the furniture. ||Honestly, we would stay here again despite some of the minor cosmetic and food inconveniences. Our kids did great and the staff was awesome!

I recently stayed at Embassy Suite Schaumburg for work. While the atrium lobby was nice, the rooms themselves need an update. The sofa was a beige weave, no pillow, and look dingy and dirty. I didn’t want to sit on it. Hot water, took forever to come to the bathroom faucet (had to turn on shower to get hot water at the sink). Then when I had hot water, it would not be there minutes later, just very ice cold. So inconsistent hot water. Bed & room conditioning were decent. Lastly, while working at the desk, I was bitten by a flea. Not good.|There are lots of hotels in the Chicago area, and I’ll be moving on past this Embassy hotel.

Typically I’ll stay in an Embassy Suites every given chance. Love them. That being said this Schaumburg location is terrible. Waste water backed up into our sink, the toilets are old and barely flush, I got a whole 3 minutes of hot water. Not an exaggeration. I was able to get wet, wash up while the water was hot… slowly got colder and colder. By the time I was rinsing off it was ice cold. For a total of $260 for ONE NIGHT it was awful. Will never return here. Service/people were great though.
