Pros - staff are friendly and helpful, hotel restaurant "Slyce" serves decent food, rooms are a good size and bed comfortable. Convenient location near the airport. Breakfast is good, lots of variety. Complimentary evening drinks are a nice touch.

Neutral - Decor and overall feel is fairly dated, a stocked mini bar wouldn't hurt.

Cons - the elevators, omg.. never have I stayed in a hotel with such slow lifts, I had the misfortune of staying on the 8th floor, and they are ponderously slow, with one of the three out of order and a wait of a good few minutes for one to arrive if you're not lucky. The mornings especially you have to budget a good 10 minutes to get from your hotel room door to the lobby if you're on an upper floor.

I'd stay here again, but definitely only on the ground or 2nd floor

Our company had a meeting and used their conference center, food service and rented 15 rooms for 3 days - 2 nights. We worked with Mary Lou and Veronica and they made the whole experience effortless! From the fast email responses to accommodating everything we asked for from initial reservations to last minute requests - they were eager to help, available whenever we needed them and came as soon as we asked!
The rooms were wonderful with a great sitting area, very comfortable beds and perfect water pressure in the shower! We had hot breakfast and morning / afternoon breaks in the conference room and a private area in the atrium for our lunches. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. It tasted great and there was plenty of it!

Very nice stay while in town for work. Excellent location, easy parking in the parking garage, delicious breakfast. Gym was well appointed and the indoor pool looked clean and fun. Great location to the airport and a mall next door. Plenty of dining options nearby, look forward to returning.

Great value for the price. Who cares if a front desk lady is disinterested, you’d probably be disinterested too if that was your job. We were here for the RV show at the convention center- we loved the skybridge for a warm, dry & safe walk across the street. The rooms were generously sized, with a living room area at entry, & a designated separate bedroom to provide more privacy & quiet away from the hallway. I loved the Hilton app for digital key entry to our room. The free happy hour was a huge bonus to pregame before venturing out for the night. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts these days, with made to order omelet bar & Coke fountain drink machine. The community table area is wonderful for gathering & hanging out when traveling with a group. They had a nice sized gym looking over the pool area. Parking garage was just across from the lobby & easy to use.
On the flip side, the elevators were very slow & one was down, so wait times for the elevators were long & often had to use the stairs- not great if you’re on an upper floor. If we stay again I’ll probably choose a room on one of the lowest levels.

This is a must miss. Even if you’re staying at the hotel for a convention. The front desk is friendly, but after that, nothing is good. Rude staff everywhere. Even the bartender at the reception hour was rude. The room? Just look at the pictures. Broken toilet that wouldn’t flush, old switches that don’t work, broken sink and really unclean. As you can see. Zoom in on the light. The shade and the metal is dusty. That takes a long time to happen. And the furniture was all damaged as you can see. The frame in the picture was so chipped it was just wood. It’s a tourist trap hotel. Even at the free reception there’s a guy trying to sell you a timeshare. This hotel would be gone if they knew they had to care. But they don’t because they’re attached to the convention center. Which they really aren’t. You need to walk about 150 feet outside to get to the garage that’s connected to the center. Garbage by elevators was overflowing, holes in the lobby ceiling from water damage, just don’t stay here.

I recently hosted a 30 person corporate event at the Embassy Suites Rosemont and we had a wonderful experience! Tim and Patrick were so attentive to the needs of our group. We enjoyed the Walden Meeting Room on the eighth floor for our meetings. The food was scrumptious and the service staff was exceptional. The chef took special care with our folks who needed allergy-friendly options. Our team appreciated the daily housekeeping option and the evening happy hour in the Atrium. You will not regret hosting your event at this venue! Thank you, Embassy Staff for your effective communication, attention to detail, and warm hospitality!

My daughter stayed here this weekend, there were roaches on her bed! This is unacceptable and not good for your brand! This should never happen! You all should return her money for the stress and inconvenience! Giving her another room is really the best you can do No sir, no ma'am, this is so not acceptable. Do better!

Our stay started off to a rocky start with some miscommunication about the airport shuttle to the hotel but the hotel quickly remedied that with meeting any request we had.

Location is nice being within walking distance of mall, but wish there were better food options closer.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for closeness to the airport, decent breakfast and a decent place to spend the night
