The embassy hotel was very nice and North shore Deerfield Chicago the staff was very nice. They had a wonderful breakfast and I would like to say that isabel, Emma and Rebecca, was wonderful they were so nice and they made the breakfast taste so good. Very clean facility what the exception of certain guests were really not dress right for breakfast if you know what I mean. I think there should be a particular dress code for guests when eating breakfast. But other than that everything was fine there the rooms are very clean andvery nice I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

The hotel was a great place for our whole team. The staff was accommodating and the place is clean and well organized and in a good location. The staff were very helpful - Isabel, Rebecca, and Emma all took great care of us. They were happy to help our team and on top of all the details.

Stayed here on business. Rooms are fairly spacious. The breakfast buffet is above average. The two complimentary drinks per day were a nice bonus as well. Staff here were great, they helped me retrieve a lost item and had it shipped back to me.

Only a few things I would mark as negative, which I'll list first to get it out of the way: I asked for 4 non-down pillows as I'm allergic and I can't sleep with them or have my husband sleep next to me with them. They brought 3 with 1 down pillow. I should have checked them all but assumed they had only brought us non-down pillows. The shower head is installed low, I am 5'8" and my head fit right under it. Anyone 6' or taller will have to bend. The outlets in the bedroom by the mirror didn't work, which would have been helpful so I could plug my things there instead of the bathroom when getting ready. There isn't a fan in the bathroom. The towels by the pool and cups by the water were out when we wanted one. These were minor things but things I noticed. There was a guest that had a dog that was a little annoying, but that was not any fault of the hotel, it was the guest.

Overall, our stay was great. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. My husband used their app a few times to chat and ask questions, which worked well. We were able to check in a little early, which I know isn't always possible. They had iced water and water with cucumber or cantaloupe next to the lobby during the day for guests, and coffee set up in the morning. Adults received 2 free drinks from the bar during happy hour - and the line wasn't long when we went. Breakfast was great with the omlet station and many other options. There was a lot of seating in the breakfast area, which I feel is always a struggle at other hotels that offer breakfast. I appreciate that the elevators require a key card for use, it feels safer (although my son forgot a card once and we had to go meet him in the lobby to let him up). I felt that the wait time for an elevator wasn't long, even when it was a busier time. The pool and whirlpool were clean and surprisingly not busy when we went for a dip, either. The whirlpool was hot, sometimes they feel warm which is 'eh,' so it's great when they are actually hot. Our shower was glorious with hot water, too! I didn't even turn it to the maximum heat level, which is uncommon for me. The rooms are very spacious and I appreciated the door between the bedroom and other area. The lobby and middle common area of the hotel had so many great seating options for different sized groups of people. One even had a fireplace in the center of the seating area. For being a massive open space, you could find a cozy spot that felt more private.

Rich at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We've stayed here 3 times already and will return again. Isabelle made great omelets and served with a smile. The location was out of the way, which i don't mind. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Isabel, Nathan, and Irma were amazing at the breakfast bar! Delicious egg white and veggie omelette! They were so kind and helpful, made my morning! ||The issue with our visit was that the temperature control was not working so it was super hot in our room and we couldn’t get it cooled down. We even changed rooms in the middle of the night, but that room had the same problem.

Every time we stay at this location Estrella makes our stay great. Is nice to see she always has a smile and is always helping everyone. She definitely makes everyone feel special.

Loved our 4 night stay here. The layout was interesting, I've not been in a hotel that was open in the middle, the setting and plants were awesome. Customer service was also great! And the complimentary reception at nights and breakfast in the morning could not be beat!! Would definitely go back again.
