The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming!! I was greeted by Blanca at the front desk during check in, and she was very sweet and polite, and I also had the chance to hang out at the bar during happy hour, and Octavio was an absolute delight! Such a gentleman and loved my Espresso martini and my “Smelling Daisies “ drink! It was to perfection, not too strong or sweet, just right !! I love my martinis 🍸 and I especially love and enjoy it when it’s mixed correctly and served by amicable service!! Octavio gets a 10 out of 10 for excellence of hospitality and gracious service and for his attentiveness!! Just an awesome bartender and a great guy!
We need more “Octavio’s” in the world today, with his serene personality and respectful demeanor, he’s definitely going places and deserves a fat raise !!!

The Queen suites have good beds, very worn furniture couch was in poor condition and appeared dingy. The staff was very good, the bartender was fantastic, they have one of the best free breakfast we have ever had. The omelet chef is amazing and the choices are amazing. I had a problem with my reservation, Hilton has one of the worst I have ever used, the reservation center could not fix ithe problem but told me the manager of the hotel would handle the problem as soon as I arrived. She didn't. It took 3 days and only after I asked. She never bothered and shuffled me to. someone who had very little authority to do anything. We were very disappointed in management but the staff was great.

We stayed for three nights, and while the service during our stay was satisfactory, there were several areas where more attention to detail would have improved the experience. For example, I had to call the front desk mid-shower because the provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were empty. While this could be avoided with better room checks, it’s also worth noting that guests could assist by alerting staff when supplies are running low (such as removing low bottles off the wall).

The hotel would benefit from hiring additional staff for deep cleaning and routine maintenance. Dried stains on the walls, blackened caulk in the showers, and dirty lighting fixtures behind the mirrors indicate a lack of thorough inspections and upkeep. The carpets also appeared to have been vacuumed minimally.

We specifically chose this hotel for its EV charging stations, but all three nights, non-EV vehicles occupied these spots. Clear signage and enforcement, such as towing, could help deter this behavior.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but it’s evident that cost-cutting measures are affecting the quality of service and maintenance. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the guest experience.

My experience...
My experience was pretty good. I was kind of doing a comparison with the last time I came back to the Chicago area and I stayed at a hotel in a different suburb. This experience was 5x's better. My room was perfect for me. Spacious enough to have room to do some early morning exercising. The service was fine. The evening reception was nice. I was able to sit comfortably at the bar and have my 2 drinks while eating the snacks provided. The made to order breakfast was good. Ate from the buffet the first day, then had an omelet made the second day. I was satisfied both days. The workout room was small. I waited until some people left then returned to do a short workout with some treadmill work. All was good.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. Every evening they have a manager's reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvres and a breakfast buffet that you would only find in a 5 star resort. The staff is friendly, professional and goes out of their way to help you. The suite was great, comfortable, spacious and the beds and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud. I am planing to go back as soon as possible. I would recommend this jewel to anyone who wants the best.

Very bad staff and service. They were very rude to me and came asking if I was a hotel guest at their reception time. I was in Indian traditional Indian attire and had 3 young kids with me. They didn’t ask any other guests if they were staying with them when they asked me the question. Seemed coming from racist intention. We’re loyal embassy suites customers and will not ever be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone.
Also at reception time, they asked to bring empty drink glasses back to the bar before they give out another one. - very bizarre. They start wrapping up breakfast even before the time ends. Need to work with their staff and train them to be courteous to their guests . Very disappointed

They have free drinks during happy hour and a very tasty breakfast. The breakfast has made-to-order omelettes and a huge buffet of assorted breakfast items. The staff and customer service is great!

I understand it is a cold week however the temperature was unacceptable in the room. Never above 63, despite being set to 70 and running nonstop, and necessary to wear a full sweatsuit even while sleeping to be comfortable. All other businesses and establishments visited during the stay were appropriately warm.
