Great place to drive through when needing a quick gourmet coffee or food! Very friendly staff also! They have a delicious sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and different breakfast bowls to choose from! But the coffee is definitely what you need to stop for... especially the Caffé Dolce, Venetian Vanilla, or Turtle Latte!! Better yet, any of the Iced, freezers, smoothies, energy, shakes, or teas! There is something for everyone on this menu! Will be making Ellianos a must stop while traveling down I65!

We have been faithfully coming since the day they opened. The York’s there know us well and our drinks because we offer the same everyday. There is one particular girl ( fairly new). The first time she took my order, she was very dry, no interaction with a mad look of disgust on her face. When she handed me my drink , she handed it to me rudely with no emotion in her face and she had her hand over the top of my cup. I knew her vibes were very ‘unfriendly and unpleasant’, but when I received my drink she just looked at me with straight disgust face and says ‘here ya go’. I felt uneasy. So I noticed when I drove off, she was in the window watching me drive off still looking disgusted. I threw that drink away. Yesterday, I went around 5:45 pm. I went to the window closer to the car wash. The firm that took my order was sweet as always. But the , the girl that I’m referring to ( white female heavy set) literally came to the window and looked at me a mumbled something and gave me a dirty look. I stopped my order and told the nice girl that i wasn’t going to order. I left. Since my first encounter with this girl whom I’m referring to, my husband and I literally make sure she’s not there before we order. Again, we’ve been faithfully going since the day Ellianos opened ! Never had a problem with anyone. I do t know what her problem is, but treating people with kindness and respect comes back to you. And if you don’t, that still comes back to you. I’m very uncomfortable with her presence.

Overall, I have had great service since they opened, but there have been a few recent and consistent issues that can’t be overlooked. The latest incident happened today at 9:45 a.m. when my husband tried to order my usual bowl. He was informed that they would stop selling it in ten minutes. When he asked if he could still order it, the employee reiterated the same information. He then inquired if they had any left, to which she responded yes but asked if he wanted anything else. Confused, he declined and left without placing an order. I suspect this might be a communication issue, potentially due to the line. However, once they take your order, the food is prepared, so it shouldn’t affect the service! While I love the grits and my husband enjoys the Red Bull Rush, I don’t think we’ll be returning for a while.

Just a quick trip and two drinks. Turtle freezer which was a previous excellent recommendation from an employee. Second the ellianos charger (I think that’s what it’s called) the berry one absolutely fabulous. Every recommendation is fantastic! I think having a top tier menu and staff helps never had a less than perfect experience. The people that helped us today was the dark haired lady with piercings and the Second Lady with blonde hair. Very good customer service

My coffee order is always ready in a timely manner. I much prefer it to other coffee shops including Starbucks. The staff is always very friendly at every location I’ve visited.

My wife and I ordered a Chai Tea hot. It was warm. You expect that the tea was steaming hot or close to it! The tea had a good flavor. We didn't have anything off the menu!

Pretty unique spot, double sided drive thru’s are nice staff was friendly but wasn’t a big fan of the coffee. I ordered a cold brew coffee, it was kinda rough and they don’t really have any cold brew flavor menus or able to make any recommendations on cold brewed drinks.

I believe the waiting process could be shortened. When a person comes out to take orders it seems the process goes faster. But they wait until both sides are out to the street before they do.
