Josh and his staff are very knowledgeable about their products and I completely trust their recommendations for my body type and fitness/wellness goals. I frequent Elevate weekly for TRT shots and it’s something I look forward to each week since I feel like family when I go there. Dr Dowdy, Paige and all the staff are amazing. We have gone to Elevate for everything from the getting bloodwork and consult, peptide and hormone therapy to nutrition classes and even a Valentine’s facial for my wife. We HIGHLY recommend you check them out.

Josh, Paige, and Kristen are all great! They have a welcoming environment and make sure that you receive the best of care! They offer everything from hormone therapy to facials and even hair therapy. The owner, Josh Dowdy, also has a chiropractic part of the facility, which is way different than your typical chiropractor. He does deep tissue, adjustments, massage gun, assistant stretching, scraping, cupping, and even dry needling. He has even helped my 4 month old with some adjustments, and my baby slept all night for the first time. The overall experience and results you will get will be like nothing you have experienced. I recommend everyone to check them out!

I’ve always had great experiences here with facials, skinny shots, sauna, leg compression, and cryotherapy. Great staff who are great to their customers and have fun events. Kristen is the best!

Paige is my girl! Very informative, friendly and is always telling me all of the fun events and specials they have going on. The environment is clean and always relaxed. My dysport results always look fantastic! Can’t wait to try more services out!
