I cannot recommend Molly Flowers and the team at Elements enough. We had our reception here in March and were very happy with the food, the space and how great everything ran. We got a lot of compliments on how beautiful everything was- it truly was the perfect venue for us.

I have to say, I am beyond impressed and satisfied. I just had my sister's bridal shower at Elements this weekend. From the beginning of the inquiry/booking process it couldn't have gone smoother. Brianna is fantastic to work with and is very responsive and helpful. We used the river room for our shower of 40 people. The room itself is gorgeous. The carpets are black with beautiful large grey flowers and there are wood toned beams throughout the space with floor to ceiling windows on the one side with views of the Riverwalk. I chose two hot appetizers and a charcuteri board and a plated meal. The bacon wrapped dates and pork belly lollipops were succulent and delicious. The cheese was fresh and the dried figs were such a sweet touch. The cesar salad was so good with the best croutons ever. The meal was chicken picatta, glazed carrots and roasted potatoes and every person pretty much cleaned their plate with how delicious it all was. The show stopper was the creme brulee with fruit topping... It was INCREDIBLE with bits of vanilla bean. It was the star! The service was fantastic and we only had compliments regarding everyone's experience. My decor worked perfect in the space and I loved that I got a floor plan print out so I could envision where it would all be. I work in the wedding industry and will definitely recommend this beautiful venue.

If you're looking for an elegant, modern wedding venue located in a centralized area with lots to do, Elements at Water Street is for you! We truly cannot recommend Elements enough! The entire team at Elements was amazing to work with but Molly Flowers truly deserves a special shot out! She was our event coordinator, and she absolutely CRUSHED IT! Molly was extremely responsive and always had the answers and recommendations we needed! She has been in the industry for a long time and it's evident she has all the knowledge and experience to do her job. Molly made sure we were overprepared for our wedding day and ensured that the day went smoothly! I still tell all of our family and friends about how she pulled my husband and I aside when we got back to the venue from taking pictures and made sure we each had a plate of our selected hors d'oeuvres (since we missed cocktail hour). It was so sweet that she made sure we had something to eat and drink before the reception/party got started! In addition to Molly, the head chef at Elements deserves major kudos because all of our guests raved about how incredible the food tasted! At the end of the night, the Elements team helped take down our decor and even stored the decorations for us to pick up the next day so that we could go bar hopping and continue the night after our reception ended! We are so happy and forever thankful we were able to throw the wedding of our dreams at Elements!

We had our wedding here December 2nd,2023. Molly was our coordinator she was very pleasant & it seemed like she had everything on point. Having your wedding here is convenient with being right in the middle of downtown Naperville. Being connected to a hotel was very convenient ( bridal suite was gorgeous). It was verrrry expensive $26k for 120 people for food, bar, service & room rentals as to why we had very high hopes, but only things that bothered me was in our cocktail hour room it was suppose to be H & J displayed on the bookcase (that was our wedding logo which was posted everywhere on our table cards, menus, etc) so I'm not sure why it was H & G, very embarrassing. My mother's memorial set up was suppose to be on their bookcase, but they set it up on a table. Our welcome sign was decorated with Christmas ornaments instead of only candles, basically everything was different. Mainly stuff that was talked about and planned out 5 times was completely different on our wedding day, so my advice would be take pictures of exactly how you want everything displayed and print out photos for them. They have other people set up your wedding in the late morning. And only give them what they need to set up at your reception a couple days before, nothing else because you cannot access anything on wedding day morning they have elements locked up from the hotel. Our food was okay, was better at the tasting and we never got to eat our cake unfortunately besides the cake cutting, but I suppose there are flaws in everything, nothing will ever be perfect 👌

We had our wedding here this summer and it was absolutely beautiful. Nothings beats the location, especially for out of town guests. Cheryl was very helpful in the planning process and readily available for any questions we had. We missed our cocktail hour because our pictures ran over and Cheryl set appetizers and a drink aside for us before opening the doors to the reception. They even had made the appetizers gluten free for me which I didn’t expect at all! Beautiful night and couldn’t recommend elements enough.

We had our wedding reception at Elements at Water Street on 3/12/22, and it was everything we could have hoped for. The space is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to provide your guests with plenty to do as it located in the heart of downtown Naperville.
We worked with Cheryl Cady during the planning process and she was very helpful in suggesting and coordinating with other vendors in the area to make the event run seemlessly.
The food was fantastic! The Executive Chef and his staff do a beautifully timed plated dinner service that we and our guests loved!
And we can't say enough about the staff! Everyone at Elements cares a great deal about providing a stellar experience to all of their guests and it shows.
There were so many little things they did throughout the night: Molly (the event coordinator for the evening) was wonderful! She gave the groom and I a moment alone in the reception space during cocktail hour to breath and enjoy some champagne and hor d'oeuvres before the party kicked off. The head bartender, Rich, checked in with us throughout the night, even during dinner service, to make sure we had whatever we wanted. And the wait-staff even made sure not to clear any plates from the sweetheart table before asking if we were done (the bride and groom are often up working the room and they made sure we didn’t miss our own dinner!)
It was everything we could have asked for and more!

I had my bridal shower here last weekend. If I could go back in time I would choose this place 100 more times! The decor is absolutely gorgeous, modern, bright and sophisticated. Every single staff member was attentive, alert, friendly and provided quick service. The cook is extremely talented, as all of my guests were raving about the food. It was also presented perfectly. Butler style mimosas were the cherry on top to make this a perfect day.
