⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Experience!

My daughter and I stopped in for pedicures, and we had such a great experience! The salon was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make my nine-year-old feel special. She ended up getting a fancy manicure, and she was absolutely thrilled!

The deluxe pedicure was heaven—so relaxing and just what I needed. From start to finish, we felt pampered and taken care of. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming salon with top-notch service, I highly recommend this place! We’ll definitely be back!

My granddaughter, mother, and I had a “girls day”. The shop was clean, the staff were excellent, but the prices were a little expensive. Let me start by saying the staff there are friendly and are very good with younger kids. I had a good conversation with one of the ladies there. I would go back if I knew that I would get the same people.

The staff do a good job on nails. They take the time to make sure that they look good and that there are enough coats of paint so they don’t chip. I think that the prices are a little expensive. I know it is due to inflation, but cutting service time and increasing prices affect consumers as well.

Overall, it was a good experience. We had manicures and pedicures. We were all happy with the finished product.

If I could rate this service lower than a 1 star I would… This was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I asked for a fill. The lady doing my nails was an older lady and told me I needed to have my cuticles cut. She told me after it was going to be an additional charge. She cut one of my fingers and told me “why didn’t you tell me I cut you?” I responded saying I did not know I was cut. She scoffed and put a liquid bandage on the cut due to the bleeding. She continued the cut my cuticles after several times of me saying “owe.” I counted… she cut me 11 times. At this point my fingers were red and in pain. She then told me “your cuticles are bad we needed to cut them.” She filled in my nails and put two very thick layers of polish on. My nails were extremely thick and chunky. (I did not realize how bad they were due to the lighting and wanting to get out of this salon) after leaving, I took pictures of my nails. It’s one day later and all of my fingers are red and swollen near the cuticles. Do NOT give this place your service…

Last year I had a horrid experience in a nail salon. I was so upset from it I vowed I would never step foot in one again. However it’s the holidays and I had the time so I decided to give Elegant nails a try. I am SO glad I did 🙂 they listened to what I wanted and were very gentle and accommodating to my needs. Staff was also extremely friendly. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

Went here for the first time on Friday, 2/28, to get my nails done for my birthday. Everything was so wonderful. The young lady doing my nails did a wonderful job, and I had a gentleman paint my nails. When I asked for glitter on my nails, he was so sweet about it. 10/10 recommend! Will only be going here moving forward.

My nails look cute, and she did a nice job. But damn! I made my appointment for 10am and didn't walk out till almost 1. She gave me a cuticle oil/discount for my wait. But if they didn't take 3/4 people before me, that came in after me..I could have been finished about gone in a decent time. Overall I like their work though and I'm willing to give them another shot, at some point.

This place was amazing! Very friendly staff who take the extra time to make sure you are getting what you want and extremely relaxing atmosphere! I provided photos to reference what I wanted and the gentleman did an amazing job. He did not settle for less and he did not rush his work at all. I am beyond pleased with the result and I highly recommend Beloit Nail Spa to anyone who wants to get high quality nails and service! I will definitely be coming back again!

Sara was great! We walked in and she took care of us. My daughter and I came here for her birthday 2 1/2 weeks ago. And came back today for a fill. I let her choose the color and deign and she did so awesome my daughter wanted the same ones. We love our nails. Thank you again Sara!

Update: These nails only lasted ONE week and they started falling off. I have to change my review. My daughter and I are very sad. Last month we came for my daughters birthday. A gentleman did my nails and this lady did my daughters nails. They used a different gel base or something on my nails than hers. Mine lasted three weeks hers lasted 2 1/2 weeks. Actually, mine didn’t fall off at all. We just came back. Exactly 3 weeks later and my daughter had two nails pop off. The people that did our nails the first time we’re not there the second time. So this lady did both of our nails the second time around and I had asked her why mine stayed on and my daughters did not. She told me because of the different bass that was used and mine cost $10 more I requested that they do my daughters nails, the same way, and I would pay the extra price. She said no no don’t worry, I will make sure they don’t fall off. I will be slow and careful. She said I promise you they will last you until Christmas, which was three weeks away. Well like I started to stay in the review exactly one week later, my daughter and I both had a nail pop off she went to open the door. I went to pick up three pieces of laundry on the floor. We didn’t do anything major for it to happen. then come in on the second week we both had another nail pop off. Definitely did not hold up to her Promise. And now my daughter is scared to go back because she said they hurt when they pop off she doesn’t want to try to get them sold off. She doesn’t want them to touch your nails again because they broke both times and this time a lot quicker than the first.

My suggestion would be have the gentleman do your nails. (I’m not sure about the younger boy and his late teens her early 20s I’m talking about the older gentleman he did my nails the first time and they lasted three weeks and never popped off one time.) I wish I got the guys name so I could add in on here. My apologies.
