garbage. Says "level 3 and hyoer-fast" but this piece of junk is charging at 15kW, at this rate I'll be fully charged in 5 hours. Electrify america seems like a scam.

Wait times are really long as well. Should have gotten a Tesla

I have read the previous reviews at this location n yes its true, first time i have experienced that when i started charging, it was around 100kW n was about 25 minutes of charging but when i was trying to situate myself back inside my car n wait for 25 minutes, i just saw like flicker n the charging speed suddenly became 36kW n my 25 minutes wait became 1 hour and 2 minutes!!! Wth? Ridiculous, this is just like making false advertisement just to get customers...any lawyers around? I think its time to teach this company a lesson or two!!

It is really good to have them. I used this place while shopping in Target. It seemed extremely expensive (charged me 4 times higher) when I compared after I charged my plug in hybrid car with another chargers. There is 1 station for level 2 charging. They are conveniently located next to Target.

No waiting on this visit. Charger work properly and I was out in less than 20 mins. Unfortunately, someone was blocking a stall in an EV6 and there weren't even charging or in their car. Others were queued by the time I left, which is why I cut my charge short.

We need more than 3 fast DC chargers there 4th pump level 2 need to upgradeall fast or super fast charging

While having a working charger for electric vehicles is nice, having only 1x j1772 charger is wrong. There are still many vehicles that use that port. The stations should have at least a couple of those. For proof that this port is needed was the fact that there was a car waiting for me to leave so he could plug in his car. With only 2 of the 6 stations being used me and this other car.
The other issue is that this is not a very fast charger. Faster than your regular 120 volt outlet but was only supplying 3.3 kwh. So nice that it's there, but a lot of room for improvement.

Electrify America is a scammer, worst company ever! The charger is 350 kw, started with 170 and dropped to 32kw just to make sure that I won’t be able to charge the car in the time that VW provided the free deal. Definitely crooks and they have terrible service. I don’t understand how people give stars to this useless company!

In an excellent location and have a great experience here in getting my EV6 charged. The App is super simple and chargers are very easy to use. They have a 350kW super charger that is super-fast.

I have taken 1 star off because though the area is safe being in front of the Target store, it is very dark in the night. Lack of any lights there keeps these chargers always in the dark shadows and it is always difficult to plug in the charger correctly into the Charger ports due to the lack of light. I always have to use my Mobile torch to use the charger. Cannot understand how difficult it is to setup a couple of poles with lights on them to illuminate the area.
