This review is regarding Pilar Martinez, I indeed was the bartender for your party in which you mentioned, I did everything to keep you guys happy and satisfied. You mentioned there was only 10 tables in which you didn’t have enough centerpieces or plates for the 10 (that YOUR family was supposed to provide because of the package you got) Even though all tables were there, I managed to set up three more because your husband insisted that you guys needed more, which was not in the contract, but I decided to accommodate your needs so I put three more tables. The waitress didn’t start serving the food with you guys because one of your family members broke the bathroom which flooded the bathroom in which the server had to clean up their mess. After about an hour of cleaning, there was one person that was willing to help and that’s it. Our waitress cleaned your tables when they had to be cleaned. Regarding the “kids” that came in with their own beer were handled two minutes after I saw them come in, in which they were ordered to leave and did so. It is unfortunate that there is people Demanding a deposit back and getting upset when it’s denied when it was clearly signed that you had to leave before one and yes, I did say you guys could clean, but I gave you a notice 30 minutes before 1 so you guys could get your stuff ready, but you guys didn’t start cleaning up until almost 2, other than your rude attitude, I was pleased to serve your party. Everyone was very respectful and nice. Sorry you were not happy with the venue, but thank you for your time.

I had high hopes for this venue, but unfortunately, the end experience turned out to be very disappointing. Everything started off well – the atmosphere was great, and the bartender even reassured us that we could stay after the event to clean up.

First, the contract clearly stated 10 tables, but they added an extra one, which we didn’t approve of, and now they are refusing to return our deposit. We even said wow we only have 10 centerpieces and the girl just looked at us. To make matters worse, the security that was promised never showed up. When we confronted them about it, they claimed the security guard had an accident and would not give an explanation they said. This caused for underage kids to bring in their own alcohol into the venue.

Additionally, the waitress didn’t do her job the entire night, leaving our guests to serve themselves. When we addressed the issue with the owner, their response was, “What did you want her to do, everything? She’s just one person.” I was shocked by this dismissive attitude, especially when we were paying for full service.

I am extremely disappointed by how the owner handled the entire situation. The lack of accountability, poor service, and overall unprofessionalism are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We celebrated my Husbands 60th Birthday at El Encanto Party Venue on March 8,2025, and it was Absolutely Perfect!
The Venue itself is stunning--spacious,elegant,and beautifully decorated. From the moment we arrived the Hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. The set up was flawless the ambiance was amazing, and our guest couldn't stop raving about the experience. If you are looking for a top-tier venue with incredible Team, El Encanto is the place to be!
