Essence Creations Events decorated a Boy Story themed baby shower at this event and was very pleased with the staff and the service. The little pub sized tables were so cute. The venue space was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I'll be styling another baby shower there later this month and I'm excited to use their space again. Highly recommend. Plus you can't beat the price

I will never book an event here again. I threw a surprise party for my sister graduating with her Masters. The bartender was 2 hrs late, security was no help, the sound system didn’t work. They sent over a “maintenance man” to fix the sound he didnt come till almost 4pm. The place was rented from 1-7 the event. We didn’t even get the opportunity to have a full party I paid $550 (plus cleaning fee) for a 2 hour event. When management was reached out to about this incident they only offered $25 to make it right. If management was there to open the door an do a walk through this would have went way smoother. When the bartender came they couldnt even get the liquor because it wad locked up. We had to kick the maintenance man out of the event because he was high on drugs and leaving all over the place. Even the bartender that came (because the one scheduled never showed up) said this is the worst experience she had working with this company. After I explained that $25 doesnt suffice the damage done to our event. Management told me “to have a good night” what kind of business is this? Renters beware!
