I only went to diamond nails twice, the first time I was okay with the nails, it was pretty much what I asked for. But the most recent time I went was a mess! I asked my lady to barely cut my nails down and she cut them way to short, then I asked for stiletto nails and she gave me almost almond, AND I showed her a black with sparkles on it and I ended up with some metal/metallic grey nails, to add the sugar on the cake it’s been 2 days since my nails were done and they are already chipping off which NEVER has happened to me, will be trying to find better places in edwardsville.

There are SO many things my friend and I enjoyed about our experience today. Hands down the best work and most relaxing atmosphere. I don’t know if I’m spelling this right but “Hai” the older gentleman who did my nails was spot on with his work and gave me the best leg/ foot massage I’ve had. We didn’t get her name, but my friend’s nail tech was equally as wonderful. We both got pedicures and there is a 20 percent off discount special that is going on through the New year. Thank you Diamond Nail!

The worst experience I’ve had in a nail place. All my nails are uneven not how long I wanted them and they kept filing shorter and shorter not even to half an inch they’re so short. I had to walk out because they told me I have to pay for two sets if I got them redone. Then Tried to make me pay $40 for nails with no polish on them all uneven and nowhere near what I wanted them to be. I told her I wasn’t paying $40 and she still made me pay 35. I will not be coming back to this nail salon because it was not a good experience at all.

Went in to get my eyebrows maxed. The lady told me to go to the room. As I go to open the door our walks a worker who had clearly been in the room on the bed resting (no big deal), but they didn’t wipe it down or put down a towel. If someone’s resting at work likely they don’t feel well. So that’s my first issue. Secondly the lady doing the waxing said ZERO words to me. Not hello or how are you, silence. There are a million places to go to get your brows done why not be friendly when someone choose your place. Lastly, the lady smelled terribly of cigarette smoke (breath, hands) and did no plucking, trimming or styling of my brows, just waxed and walked out.
