Right away, the office staff were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable! The doctor listened to what I had to say, and took everything into consideration! I’m very happy with my experience there and will definitely be returning!

I am adding to my review after my most recent visit. I received a Diamond Glow facial from Aesthetician Ali Marshall. My experience was great! Ali made sure I had all of the proper information in regard to my procedure. I was made comfortable and she talked me through the whole process. I experienced little to no discomfort during the procedure and afterwards, my face felt amazing and looks glowing! I highly recommend this service!

This place is amazing !! I was nervous going in because the last dermatology place I went to a few years back I felt like didn’t listen, nor helped with my skin issues. When I walked in, I was greeted with the nicest staff up front and the lady who brought me back to go over my concerns was AMAZING. Her and the doctor were so helpful and so understanding and truly listened to my struggles and offered the best advice and products that would truly help. I am also pregnant, and they were able to provide me with alternatives to use and great suggestions. I then had a consult regarding getting my first facial and the lady I spoke to was so nice and funny and explained everything very well. She helped me pick the best option for my skin type and gave me advice on other products and services they provide. Overall, I am extremely happy I went to this place and am so thankful for all the wonderful staff there today. I left feeling like I have hope for the first time that I can battle my sensitive skin issues. I highly recommend !

Two weeks ago my skin went haywire, I contacted Edgebrook Dermatology and they got me in immediately to be evaluated! The staff was so kind, and efficient! The office was very clean and organized. I had the best experience getting my first round of Botox with Karolina!! I was a bit nervous to get it, but felt at ease after my consultation. They are so knowledgeable & put my nerves at ease! I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else for my treatments. The entire team is welcoming and hospitable. I’ve been so blessed to work with Toni, who has gone above and beyond for me! She is diligent, efficient, and determined to help those whom she is working with the receive the best results possible. She also creates a warm atmosphere and is so personable and joyful. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this place enough if I tried!

This was my first visit to Edgebrook Dermatology. When making the apt they asked that I complete new patient paperwork on their patient portal prior to coming in. Unfortunately, it was not working (continually telling me my dob was wrong). I came to the office 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork-earlier than requested. I completed it within five minutes, but then waited almost a half an hour to be called to a room. When I asked if it would be much longer as I had obligations, I was rudely told my paperwork had not even been entered yet. I understand the doctor/provider’s time is valuable, but so too is the patient. If the patient comes late, they are adamant that the appointment is cancelled and a fee is to be paid. Patients seem to be held to a different standard. Our time is equally as valuable, and we have lives, jobs, and families as well. Office was clean-ish but old. The NP I saw was knowledgeable and friendly. Perhaps less chatting about weekend plans and Amazon shopping in the clerical staff would lend to a more efficient approach.

The nicest people ever! I am always so happy to visit the medical receptionist. I’ve had an amazing facial there by Monica and she even described everything about the process. It’s a beautiful office and o will keep going here!!
