This place was the nastiest place I ever went to. We ended up not staying and asked for a refund. They said they could give us another room. It was nastier then the first. Pillows were so stained the we're almost brown in color. Sheets looked like they had been slept in. Room was nasty. No locks on doors. Even tho he refunded our money there was a charge on our account for 115.00 which he said he didn't know anything about. We're waiting on our bank to refund it. So by all means this place should be shut down. It's got evil all over it. My poor dog didn't even like it

DO NOT COME HERE - EVACUATED FROM STORM TO MORE STRESS! The room was filthy, smelly, no clean towels, hair and debris from last guest still everywhere, pillows were discolored, blankets had mystery stains, shower held together with painters tape, mystery stains on the floor, hole in wall with visible insulation, LIVE German roaches in the light fixtures, a/c did not work, towels brown from previous guests. Better off sleeping in your car.

Couldn’t take a shower and barely slept the first night after coming in at 2AM and paying early check in fee. Didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes and socks off. Small child had issues breathing due to odor and possible mold.

Place should be shut down from multiple health violations.

DO NOT BOOK SIGHT UNSEEN OR AT ALL.

For starters the intake was rather rude and intolerant, but that's not terrible by any means. The rooms were by far the worst, with the first one having feces in the toilet, uncleaned, and drug paraphernalia on top of the AC unit. Black mold was growing in the fridge and several objects were broken to some degree.

The second room they gave us was an immediate nope, we didn't even step into it. It reeked of cat piss and the fire alarms were just tossed onto the table, no safety precautions. On the floor piles of a brown substances, presumably fecal matter, sat untouched.

To put it bluntly, do NOT come here unless your wanting a disease of some sort.

Used reservationdesk.com it totally sucks the room did not have bed bugs had to ask for a shower head was told that I was only available for one night after reservation desk charge me for two paid for the room again just so we had a place to run from the hurricane and 10 days later I'm still fighting with them because I had to pay for a room for one night twice negative negative five stars I'll keep you posted

No stars wasn't an option. This place is awful. Filthy room. Faucet leaking under vanity. Mold under vanity wall. Feces on toilet. My husband and I walked in and right back out. We told the front desk we were not staying. We were charged for three nights anyway. We went back and complained and they put the money back into our account only to take out money for one night. They said we didn't cancel in time. I told them people were not lined up to stay there and they were not full up. Pool was empty, trash everywhere, construction, taped up and boarded window's.

Zero stars was not an option. I was so tired I just laid on the bed and slept. When I woke up, I realized what a disaster this place was. They need to be shut down before it burns down. The room was not even cleaned, pieces of bar soap were still in the drain. The microwave was rusted out, an illness waiting to happen, let alone exposure to microwaves or fire. Take a good look at all the pictures, they're absolutely disgusting. it was dark when I got there, I was so tired I just went to sleep. Never again. I knew better, but did it anyway. I didn't talk to them, obviously it wouldn't have mattered. I will contact the headquarters and see what they have to say. If I need to I will call the health department, how they ever passed ANY type of inspection is beyond me.

Positive: Location Negative: No pool or complimentary breakfast even though it was listed. Outside grounds were disgusting, room sink leaked and toilet problems, and check out was 12 upon booking but they started harrassing us at 9 am saying 10 then 11 oclock checkout.

I usually have pretty good experiences with this hotel chain but this location leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest disappointment was my room my room looked dusty and dirty the window was dirty no chain or deadbolt on the door I even had a stranger walk in my room!! There was no instruction as far as exchange towels and no housekeeping staff knocked on my door during my stay to offer tile exchange and no instruction was given on how to do that on my day of check out to staff members come beating on the door they are very rude and said that I had to get out now
My hotel I didn't itinerary said 12:00 noon but I was quickly informed that check out time at 11:00 I had been I need to go right now and they beat on the door every 5 to 10 minutes until we got our things packed and left Front desk group was very pleasant . No continental breakfast was available as it was listed on the description of amenities for this location. The bedding head burn holes in it. Stale aroma of smoke in the room
