Being 73 years old, I am not able to fix things. All I have to do is call the office and they will send our wonderful maintenance personnel out to fix it in a jiffy. I have lived here almost two years. I moved here as a new widow and Easterwood has made me feel very safe. I moved here with my two cats and dog who are my Emotional fur babies. I can walk my dog at anytime and feel comfortable. I have been able to meet some wonderful people, too. Being 73 years old, I am not able to fix things. Wow, the address, Skyline Ridge, speaks volumes about the surroundings of this Community. From an easterly vantage point, I enjoy the sunrise peaking over the tree line on the ridge with morning coffee. Occasionally, deer have even been spotted grazing just beyond the woods, as well as red-tailed fox. The backside tenants have an even more glorious perspective of nature with woods and valley that run parallel with the walking trail that everyone at Easterwood seems to enjoy.
At the same time, the proximity of obtaining almost anything one would need or desire is a mere few minutes away. I am thrilled to be less than five minutes from a Publix and TJMAXX, having been a former rural native of Kentucky. The staff, Jennifer and Hailee in Administration, and Miguel in Maintenance, are so personable and eager to assist. I also really enjoy the well-equipped gym which overlooks the saltwater pool complete with fountains. For me, Easterwood truly combines the best of both worlds, convenience of city life with the healing properties of nature! Happy to be a resident of this Great little community.

I have lived here since Easterwood was built a few years ago and it's been such a pleasant experience. I like that I can go to the pool and really enjoy my time relaxing and enjoying the sun. Jennifer is the manager here and I love how she is strict with the rules because that helps keep this place nice and clean. I've spoken to Natalie the assistant a few times and she's awesome too. Maintenance is great, the staff is professional, and the apartments here are very budget friendly for as nice as they are. I would totally recommend moving in to this great community.

My roommate and I moved to Easterwood 3 months ago. We absolutely love it. The staff is very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had transitioning. The apartments are well maintained inside and out. Maintenance requests are granted in a timely manner. We love the valet trash service. Would recommend Easterwood to anyone looking for a good apartment to rent.

These apartments have so many perks. Huge closets, walk-in pantry, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and huge bathrooms. We love the dog washing station and dog park. Every time we drive in, it feels like home. The landscape is beautiful and so relaxing. And it is so close to everything but, at the same time, so secluded. Jennifer and Natalie in the front office are wonderful to work with.

I love it here! The facilities are great and the apartments are nice and spacious. Management does a good job of keeping things clean and tending to our needs. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Natalie is awesome and will go out of her way to help! Would recommend living here to anyone!

We toured this apartment twice and each time we were extremely impressed. The grounds are well kept. The amenities are new and welcoming. The management staff are thoughtful and caring to meet our needs and available even on Saturdays! The units are spacious and luxurious! I highly recommend checking out this property that is tucked away in a quiet corner in what seems like peaceful living! There are so many positives about this place......it was just too far of a commute to work for us. 🙁
