My husband and I went today to try out the food we almost never make it back in town in time to try it. So amazing!!! The food was great even after driving 15 minutes to our home from there. Philly cheesesteak sandwich was fantastic garlic fries delicious. My husband loved the 3 B burger. Beyond the food was the kindness of the what I assume are the owners so sweet kind. The service was fast price was great. To top it off the small things sent it over the 5 stars they made sure there was napkins utensils and a wet wipe inside so not only do you have something to wipe your hands on cause you will but also to clean them after your all done. Plus a little candy in the bag was amazing!!! Thank you for the wonderful dinner and service we definitely will be back.

We decided to stop for lunch on the long drive home from Oregon. Thank goodness for Google reviews or we would have missed this five-star food truck treasure in Corning. After browsing the menu online, we called ahead to make sure our group's vegetarian would not go hungry. Lori assured us she could accommodate with multiple meatless options. From the house-made pastrami to the vegie tacos, everything was fresh and delicious. We opted to eat at the shaded table next to the truck, but the food and friendly service more than made up for the ambience.

We’ve been wanting to try East Coast Food’s for a while now and finally did. What stood out the most for us was the customer service, so polite and accommodating and had no issue answering questions about the menu options. The food was great- We both ordered burgers, I got the Hawaiian burger and my husband got the Cowboy burger, both with garlic fries. Big serving sizes and sooo yum! The plating even came with extra sauces, pickles on the side, wet wipes, and a snickers bar. I would say they are more “restaurant style” than “food-truck style”. Would definitely recommend, their menu has options for everyone. We’re for sure going back to try the tacos next time! Thank you ECF for your awesome service and food🤩

My first time eating here and I ordered the Hawaiian pulled pork sandwich combo. It was amazing and the lady that took my order/brought my food out to my car was very sweet. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Their garlic fries are to die for omg and their Philly cheese Steak sandwich omg I can't tell u guys enough... All their food is absolutely amazing
