Okay, so I've had lots of massages. Some good some not so. But let me tell you, this place knows what they are doing. The intentionality is evident the moment you walk in. Their reception is a actual reception. A warm welcome with tea, a rose, and a warm scented towel. Then there is Ish. Ish is/was my massage therapist. Seriously one of the best massages I've had in my life. And to top it off there is aftercare. What an amazing experience. Is it expensive? Yep, sure is. Even if you only splurge once at least you'll know what an amazing massage experience is like.

Highly professional, zen vibes, lots of little details done excellently well. Starts with a tea ceremony with small surprises, followed by an intentional consultation about your needs. Not the usual "what do you like" quick chat, but a thoughtful discussion about needs and debrief after the massage. My therapist used a variety of techniques to meet my needs with minimally wasted movement. I felt very seen and taken care of. Will be back!

I had an amazing prenatal massage here with Shauna and loved the overall experience and how spa-like it was (without it actually being a spa) from checkin to the end.

- massage was the best prenatal massage I’ve had (I’ve tried two other places in SF) and one of the best massages I’ve gotten of any type. The massage table was adjustable so I was in a reclined position on my back which was comfortable for me in third trimester, and the neck and shoulder work Shauna did was amazing, and she relieved tension in places i didn’t even know I was carrying it like the front of my neck. I asked for her to focus on a few areas and not spend much time on my arms and hands, and she was happy to oblige, but the arm work she did in that short time was so good I wished I’d booked a 90 min massage to spend more time on it.
